About your organizer

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Sara Poldmae, Doctor of Chinese Medicine, functional medicine practitioner, yogi, and the founder of Meadow Hill Wellness and Restore Studio in Annapolis, MD.

For over 20 years I’ve been helping women come back to themselves, in the treatment room, in the studio, and now, in some of the most beautiful places in the world.

Designed for women who want to experience beautiful places without being rushed through them, to actually land somewhere, breathe it in, and leave feeling more like themselves.

From the rolling hills of Tuscany to the jungle coastline of Costa Rica, each retreat blends gentle movement with restorative practices… yin yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing… nourishing meals, and spacious time to absorb the landscape around you, or to turn inward.
