Transfer from Girona airport or Girona train station to Hotel Mas Pelegri in the beautiful Province of Girona. After checking in and relaxing, with maybe a swim in the onsite 25m long pool. Then either set up your bikes or we will professionally fit you to your rental bike for the week (Please rent your bike in advance), followed by a short self guided shake down ride.  The bike tour is self guided (with emergency back up) but the tour includes SAG support on the 2 longer days; to La Seu D'Urgell and then on to Bagneres de Luchon. If you would like to book a guide as an extra please let ue know in advance. 

Morning yoga for the cyclist before a leidurely breakfast. Today choose from a myriad of routes, including into the Volcanic national park, with its quiet country roads and stunning vistas, or you could ride into the historic city of Girona for lunch in Placa Independencia. Return to the hotel for a refreshing dip in the pool and then a 3 course freshly cooked evening dinner. 

After morning yoga and breakfast, enjoy a flatter route out to the stunning beaches and vistas of the Med. Enjoy quiet stone villages and rolling countryside and farmland before riding along the coast viewing the ancient Greek ruins at Empuries. Enjoy lunch on the beach before returning to Hotel Mas Pelegri for a relax before evening dinner. 

Enjoy breakfast and we will put your bags in the SAG wagon before you start your ride West. For those that prefer a reduced distance ride day, you can enjoy a ride in the SAG vehicle. before getting on the bike to enjoy this beautiful days ride. Cycle through Ripoll and then on through winding country roads to the historic town of La Seu D'Urgell for the night. There is the SAG onroute with you if you have any problems and we will transport your bags for you. 

Today is the big day!. After a enjoyable breakfast enjoy the climb over the climb la the Mirador of Creu de Guils del Cantó and enjoy a rest, before descending down to the river town of Sort. Follow the river North through Llavorsi and onto the Vall D'Aran, a valley of natural beauty in the midst of the Pyrenees. Many times this vally was cut off from both Spain and France, so it has its own culture due to its remoteness. 

Again today you will have a SAG vehicle from The Free Range Chalet looking after you and also giving you a ride if a climb is too much for you. Finally enjoy the Coll de Portillon before descending into Bagneres de Luchon. 

Today I am sure you have earned a more restful morning enjoying breakfast at the Free Range Chalet. After a home cooked relax breakfast with Geoff and Vic, chat with them about what ride would work for you. The ride again is self guided unless you would like to book in advance a guide. Enjoy a freshly cooked evening dinner at The Free Range Chalet. 

After another amazing breakfast it is unfortunately departure day. You will be transferred to Toulous for your return. We have you have a safe jouney home.
