On the first day of your Italy tour with Alma a private driver will pick you up at your accommodation in Lucca and take you to Florence train station where you will board on a high speed train to Rome.

At your arrival in Rome you will find another driver waiting for you and take you straight at your accommodation located in the heart of the city.

We will leave the afternoon free  of activities.

At dinner time you will have a tabel booked from us at one of our favorite restaurants of Rome. 

On day 2 it's time to discover the heart and soul of Rome! We will pack this day full of fun and exploration.

After breakfast, a private guide will be waiting to take you on a walk through the centre of Rome to soak up the unique atmosphere and introduce you to the soul of the Eternal City.

This is sure to be a day to remember as we 'skip the lines' and make private guided visits to some of Rome’s most iconic wonder ,namely the Colusseum.

Thanks to our 'skip the line' tickets and private local guide you will enjoy to the max the tour at one of the most visited sites of the World avoiding the stress of waiting hours before entering and with a personalized tour. 

The tour will continue with a visit of the Capitolini Museums, the first Musuem ever opened to the public where you will find a spectacular sculpture collectins, frescoes referring to the history of Rome and with an underground gallery with view on the Roman forum.

In the afternoon we will arrange private transprtation to Tivoli where you will be provided of tickets for entering the magnificent Villa D'Este.

On this day we will take for a street food tour in Rome historical center.

A specialized local guide will meet you and lead you throught the less touristy areas of the city where you will visit the local market and hopping in and out the local stores tasting their delicacies.

You will get a sense of the local culture for food while also getting to know areas of Rome you would probably not visit otherwise.

This is in our opinion one of the best ways to explore the Eternal city and getting to know a little more of the local traditions and culture. 

It is time to leave Rome and move to Sorrento.

A private driver will pick you up at your accommodation and take you to the train station where you will have reserved seats on a high speed train that will take you from Rome to Naples. 

Once in Naples your driver will pick you up at the station and drive you straight at your boutique hotel located in Sorrento.

Once in Sorrento take your time for settling in enjoy the afternoon relaxing with a drink at a one of Sorrento's famous private beach clubs  before strolling in to Sorrento for dinner.

After breakfast, your private driver and host will collect you to guide  you along the 25 miles of renowned Amalfi Coast highway that leads from  Positano in the West to Vietri sul Mare in the East. 

This stunning  stretch of coastal road is renowned as one of the most spectacular road  trips in the world and is a ‘must do’ on ‘Amalfi coast tours’  You will  stop off the various villages dotted along the coast exploring their  unique charms before ending up in Postiano, a crowning glory of the  Amalfi coast sitting high on the hill spilling into  the Mediterranean. 

Surely the pinnacle of any Amalfi coast tours has to be island hopping  around the movie star islands of Capri that lie just off the coast. 

Nothing we can write here can do justice to quite how perfect an  experience exploring this island and its coastlines is.

Today will take you to one of the most unique places in the world, the  likes of which you certainly not have experienced before. 

A private driver will pcik you up at your hotel and escort you to Pompeii, just outside Naples at the foot of Mt  Vesuvius. T

A private guide will accompany you while exploring the ruins of ancient Pompeii on to bring the history alive.

 Until 26 August, 79 AD, Pompeii was a thriving Roman  trading centre, where ordinary people went about their everyday  business, but it was frozen in time when Mount Vesuvius erupted, killing  2,000 people and their homes under a layer of ash. The city was never  rebuilt and largely disappeared from people’s minds until the 18th  century, when the ruins were re-discovered. Now you can take an  unparalleled look back into the lives of ancient Romans and discover how  they lived, worked and interacted 2,000 years ago. The finely preserved  ruins include villas, temples, theatres and bustling markets. Walk  along the chariot-marked streets, visit the magnificent amphitheatre and  the ‘Villa of Mysteries’. 

For lunch your driver will take you to a nearby winery where you can enjoy a glass of local wine with a fantastic home cooked lunch with typical dishes of the region before taking you back to your hotel.

Sorrento and the Campania region in general, is the part of Italy  where the best pizza is made, therefore we can no think of a better  place for a Pizza making class.

The class will take place at a villa just outside Sorrento, located on the hills overlooking the sea.

The staff will arrange transportation to and from the villa.

You will then learn how to make a real Margherita pizza using some of the best tomatoes and mozzarella cheese you ever tasted.

All of this in company of the Italian family who owns the villa and with a view of the Mediterranean sea.

We can not think of a more Italian experience than this!
