Our accommodations were at wonderful boutique hotels that were always walking distance to most of the sites. Every detail from the drivers meeting us at the airports, train stations and hotels to the first-class train transportation were taken care of. We had not used train transportation in Europe before and were a bit nervous. However, our guide took us inside the train station and showed us what to do and look out for. Our private tour guides were all excellent and very friendly and informative. Our private drivers were all well dressed and drove spotless Mercedes vans. The drivers would coordinate with the tour guides when needed. Many of our drivers made helpful recommendations for restaurants and shops. Alessio did an amazing job putting everything together.
