Booking this trip to Italy was the first time I used a travel agency to help plan trip. I spent a lot of time researching different companies that specialized in Italian travel. This was going to be a two week "bucket list" vacation for my wife and I. I contacted several different agencies with my list of requirements. We had not used train transportation in Europe before and were a bit nervous. However, our guide took us inside the train station and showed us what to do and look out for.
