During our time together you'll learn the science and magic behind using our voices to heal our body, manifest our reality and liberate our spirit. This retreat will focus on the embodiment of our voice, which is our “soul’s dynamic life urge for truthful expression.” Working directly with the first four chakras, we will learn effective tools to open and balance these energy centers as we simultaneously reclaim the full range and power of our voice. 

Whether you use your voice professionally, are an experienced singer or just embarking on vocal exploration, this retreat will open you up to the power of your personal vibration, teaching you how to unlock its potential. Sharing both esoteric and practical knowledge you will:

· Learn proper breathing techniques designed to support the full power of your voice

· Learn the “anatomy of the voice” and all the proper support muscles to help reclaim the full range, resonance and capacity your voice
