Growing up a figure skater, Kaylan's love for movement and balance was always her passion. Upon finishing studies in Psychology, she began experiencing anxiety. Acknowledging the connection between mind and breath, yoga helped her tremendously during this time. The decision was made to deepen her practice, receiving her 200 Hr YTT in Costa Rica at Mystic Yoga Academy under Lori Myles-Carullo. Kaylan's wish is to lead others to the same light yoga has provided to her. Her practice is based in Hudson Valley, NY.

I had an amazing time! Met new friends! Lori, Francesco and their son, Valentino are the kindest, most generous, inspiring folks you will meet. Food and drink farm to table….. Outstanding!
Kaylan, best yoga teacher, Flaco, best driver and guide! We saw so many wonderful things. Eric and Sally at Tula Vida horse rescue taught me so much about horses and myself. If you need to get away and figure things out for yourself, this is the place for you! What an experience. Love, Love, Love! Pura Vida!!!

This trip couldn’t have been nicer. I love the payment plan to make it affordable. The accommodations were of course absolutely beautiful and the retreat was magical and the food was absolutely amazing.

Kaylan spends a lot of time planning our program, balancing activities and free time. Her love of people and yoga is felt through out the week. The Mystica Hotel provides comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting with delicious food and friendly staff. I highly recommend programs led by Kaylan.
