Vajra Jahra is a private 12-villa retreat center tucked into the mountains of Diamante Valley, on Costa Rica's lush southern Pacific coast. Your group travels together by private charter flight from San José to to Quepos and then will be shuttled at the venue. 

Over six days you'll move between ceremony and adventure: a cacao ceremony with live sound healing, a waterfall excursion, an artisan market visit, an evening of Latin dancing, and a day at Playa Linda beach — and chef-prepared, farm-to-table meals.

Every guest stays in their own private villa. Every logistical detail is handled. 

All payments for this retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because this is a small-group retreat with limited space, your registration reserves your spot and allows us to make advance commitments for lodging, meals, transportation, facilitators, excursions, and other retreat expenses. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal emergencies, travel delays, flight cancellations, weather, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to attend.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage that offers Cancel For Any Reason protection, as soon as possible after booking. Cancel For Any Reason coverage is typically time-sensitive and may need to be purchased shortly after your initial payment.

It is each participant’s responsibility to review policy terms carefully and choose coverage that protects their investment in the retreat, flights, transportation, and any other travel-related expenses.

If the retreat must be canceled by the host due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate available options at that time. The host is not responsible for reimbursement of airfare, travel costs, or other expenses incurred outside of the retreat package.

• Day 1 · July 26 — Arrival Day Meet in San José for your private charter flight to Quepos. Lunch with a view in Manuel Antonio (own expense), then ground transfer to Vajra Jahra. Settle into your private villa and gather for a welcome dinner.

• Day 2 · July 27 — Brunch + Ritual [Morning practice with host.] Brunch picnic on the grounds. In the evening: cacao ceremony paired with a live sound healing bath.

• Day 3 · July 28 — Market + Waterfall [Morning practice.] Visit the Uvita artisan market, then a guided excursion to a hidden waterfall.

• Day 4 · July 29 — Adventure Day Optional Blue Clay River Experience. Evening Latin dancing class with the group.

• Day 5 · July 30 — Playa Linda Beach Day A full day at Playa Linda — sun, sea, and time to unwind.

• Day 6 · July 31 — Farewell Morning reflections and farewells. Ground transfer to Quepos and charter flight back to San José.
