This isn’t a packed training schedule. It’s a carefully balanced weekend with space to breathe.

Darcy is certified in Rocket, Sculpt, Restorative, Forrest, and Power Yoga and brings a grounded, empowering presence to every room. She teaches anatomy-informed movement and hands-on assists with clarity and confidence.
Melody is a 500-Hour E-RYT, prenatal and children’s yoga specialist, and lead teacher trainer with experience developing and leading YTT programs and continuing education courses. Her intuitive teaching style helps students feel deeply seen and supported.
We believe strongly in safe, respectful, and empowering hands-on assists—and we can’t wait to help you refine your approach with practical guidance and heart-centered technique.

Can I get a private room?Yes. We have both single and double occupancy rooms available in addition to the bunk-style communal lodging.
What styles of yoga will be taught?A mix of vinyasa, gentle flow, restorative, and more—offered with accessibility and options for all bodies and energy levels.
Are accommodations shared?Yes, unless you choose a private option. We love the community that forms in shared spaces, but we also understand the need for quiet and privacy.
As teachers, we give so much of ourselves. But in order to show up fully for others, we have to first be filled ourselves. This retreat is a space for you—to rest, to learn, to laugh, and to realign with your purpose and passion.
When you leave, we hope you feel not only recharged, but ready to return to your students and clients with more presence, depth, and inspiration.
Hands-on assists are a powerful and nuanced tool in the yoga teacher’s toolbox—when used with skill and care, they can help students feel more supported, grounded, and confident in their practice. Whether it’s offering alignment feedback, creating a deeper connection to breath and body, or simply helping a student feel seen and held, an intentional assist can elevate the student experience in profound ways. This 10-hour CEU training retreat is designed to deepen your understanding of physical touch in a classroom setting, exploring consent-based practices, anatomy-informed techniques, and the art of offering assists that are empowering, respectful, and attuned. Whether you’re new to hands-on work or looking to refine your skills, this training is a valuable investment in your growth as a yoga teacher and space holder.
