Join me at Vida Asana in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, for a week to recharge through yoga and nature- led by Ben Oliveri and featuring specialty classes and breathwork from Victor Hjalmar. You’ll dive into daily vinyasa, yin, and myofascial release classes—morning flows to energize, evening sessions to unwind, and breathwork to center. Off the mat, immerse in Costa Rica’s culture and wild beauty with jungle hikes, beach walks along Playa Hermosa’s shores, and ceremonies. Savor fresh local meals, connect with like-minded yogis, and find space for reflection and rest. This retreat balances movement, calm, and adventure- offering a grounded escape in a breathtaking setting.
