Had an incredible experience from start to finish. I was the lone Brit joining Ben and his yogi crew from Florida and Miami—slightly daunting on paper, but Ben made the whole thing feel effortless. Travelling solo to South America for the first time had me a bit on edge, but he had everything covered—from sorting affordable shuttle buses to checking in regularly. My wife and I did our first yoga retreat with Ben in 2025 to Guatemala and had an amazing experience. The 2026 Costa Rica trip was equally enjoyable and impressive. Ben is detail-oriented and went out of his way to create a daily schedule that was just the right balance of yoga, relaxation, and restoration. We had so many excursions and body treatments to choose from as well. The food was amazing at both retreats, as they feed 3 meals a day of local, fresh and delicious foods. Everyone ranted and raved about the food at both retreats, and food is obviously a big part of any vacation. Both retreats also had amazing staffs and accommodations. Ben stays at the resorts before he decides on them, and that enables him to see it and test it firsthand before making his decisions. We really appreciate that extra step and expense, as many retreats are done site unseen with by just browsing the internet. You cannot taste the food or test the comfort of the beds by looking just at websites or reviews. Ben is truly passionate about making sure the experience is the best it can be for everyone, and when you experience one of his retreats, his dedication, preparation and effort is obvious. His positive energy is also contagious, as he is always smiling and making sure everyone is enjoying themselves. Top notch service and we look forward to the next retreat in 2027.

Still feeling peaceful and restored from this magical retreat. I really enjoyed how Ben integrated the Yoga principles to the class and then we were surrounded by the beautiful natural environment, which perfectly aligns with the practice afterwards. It didn't take me much time to tune in and feel the higher frequency ~ loved the shift! Thank you Ben :)

It is a magical place to visit and the staff is so helpful and kind. The food was delicious and fresh. You can't beat thr views. I have been recommending this reat to a number of people already!!
