About your trip

Yoga, Hiking & Sailing in the Northern Dodecanese

8 Days / 7 Nights – Greece’s Most Magical Islands

Sail through a chain of sun-drenched islands where ancient history meets wild beauty. Each day brings a new horizon! Think windmills and ancient Crusader castles one morning, hidden coves and quiet fishing villages the next.

We’ll journey through the Northern Dodecanese, a region of the Aegean rich in story and spirit. Explore the sponge-diving heritage of Kalymnos, the sacred landscapes of Patmos, the timeless fishing culture of Lipsi, and the windswept bays of Leros. Every island has its own rhythm—some bustling with life, others whispering in stillness.

By day, we hike historic trails, swim in crystal waters, and sail between islands. By sunrise and sunset, we gather for soulful yoga and meditation—on deck, by the sea, or in secluded chapels overlooking the horizon.

Evenings are spent savoring fresh Mediterranean cuisine prepared by our onboard chef or dining in charming restaurants ashore. Sleep in your shared or private cabin or under a sky full of stars on the open deck.

What’s Included

  • Seven nights aboard a traditional wooden gulet

  • Daily yoga classes (60–90 min) in breathtaking settings

  • Guided hikes and island explorations

  • Snorkeling, swimming, and plenty of time to simply relax

  • Freshly prepared brunches and most dinners on board

  • Yoga mats and props provided, though I always like to bring my own mat

Highlights

  • Sunrise yoga as the Aegean wakes around you

  • Magical Patmos and the Monastery of St. John

  • The windmills of Leros and its picturesque mountain village

  • Hidden coves of Kalymnos and the charm of Lipsi

  • Swimming, sailing, hiking, and stargazing every day

*DISCLAIMER: You will be living aboard a ~65-foot sailboat for a week with 10 other people. Quarters are cozy, and you won't have a lot of personal space. While this boat and the experience will indeed be lovely, life at sea and living on boats can be challenging for some people and personalities. Just keep that in mind and be honest with yourself about how you might do in this type of environment. You can't really go for a walk to be alone... It requires patience, kindness, compromise, surrender, and a willingness to open up and truly be part of this group. Does this sound like a good fit for you? Are you ready?

**ITINERARY: This is a sample and subject to change based on timing, weather, and the captain's recommendation.
