Before going to Machu Picchu, I was in doubt between TreXperience and Alpaca. But here's why I choose TreXperience and why they could provide me the BEST TRIP OF MY LIFE: 1. The 8-day tour of TreXperience has all you need: Machu Picchu (Wayna Picchu included), city tour by Cusco, Awanacancha, Pisaq Ruins, Pisaq market, Moray, Salineras of Maras, Ollantaytambo and Vinicunca (aka rainbow mountain). 2. It's an 100% Peruvian company, so booking in TreXperience, is also contributing for the local community of Cusco. - During the trip, our guide Edy was much more than just a guide... it was a storyteller who brought the history and culture of the Inca civilization to life with such emotion and passion! His ability to weave stories into our trek made every step more meaningful and engaging. Yilbert, Edu’s loyal sidekick, was the perfect complement to Edu, always close to the travelers, ensuring everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. His constant presence and support were invaluable. 3. TreXperience provides you 5-hotel meals in the middle of the mountain! Despite the challenging camp conditions, the chef Júlio César and his sub-chef Apulinar managed to prepare meals that were not only delicious, but also beautifully presented, with a touch of luxury to our adventure. I was really surprised by the level of detail - he even cooked a cake (like a birthday cake) for our last day! 4. The porters were the backbone of our trek. TreXperience ensures they are well-equipped to avoid any physical strain, and their assistance was indispensable. They were incredibly helpful and essential to the success of our journey. 5. Speaking about the experience I had with Willian Elvis, my private guide in the first day through Cusco, Pisac and Ollantaytambo: a profound knowledge of the Inca culture, shared insights that deepened my appreciation for the sites we visited. His expertise added a rich layer of understanding to the trek. 6. TreXperience treats each traveller as an unique customer. I have no words to express my gratitude for Katy Vargas, who provided world-class support. She treated me uniquely and personally, offering the best customer service I've ever received from a company - and I even work in support, so I understand how difficult can be to adapt a certain program when a traveller gets three cancelled/delayed flights, like happened with me. I almost ran of hope of enjoying the whole tour, but Katy could adapt my trip, always answering in a timely manner with solutions. Wanna test their support? Simply go to their website, leave a message in the chat and see how they'll manage the case. Overall, TreXperience exceeded all my expectations with their outstanding team and exceptional service. I highly recommend them for an unforgettable and enriching trekking adventure. This is by very far the best travel agency for whom wants to visit Machu Picchu and related places.

Good Experience! Small suggestion- can improve food for vegetarians during lunch while doing the Short Inca Trail. It was good but has scope for improvement. But overall experience was great.

We had a great time and had a wonderful small group. The porters were great but the Chef was a magician and produced food far too good for such a trail. Our guide was knowledgeable and was really good. I would however make a couple of comments that have not to do with trexperience but rather the trail itself. We were dissapointed that after the 4 days of walking we did not get access to the postacrd picture spot at Macchu Pichu, but rather the left hand side of the site. I would have thought that the walkers would get access to all the site. The toilets on the trail are awful on the last two days and surprised at the state of them. It was advertised that we had a private toilet but this was only for women and only for an emergency no 1. This should change as the toilet situation could lead to illnesses and sicknesses coming from the unclean situation.

Abelardo was the best! He took us on a fast pace hike up to the top of the peak. Once there we were able to enjoy amazing views and really enjoy the beauty of it. Probably my favorite activity at Machu Picchu. Trexperience did a terrific job once again..
