Saltwater & Soul: A 5-Day Fitness & Wellness Retreat in Belize is your invitation to strengthen your body, nourish your soul, deepen your practice, and explore the beauty of Belize—all while living barefoot luxury on a private mile-long island oasis.


Led by Pilates and fitness guru Sarah J, this co-ed, all-inclusive retreat offers a unique blend of power and peace, designed for those who crave both intense physical movement and the bliss of tropical restoration.


Each day begins with invigorating full-body workouts—including HIIT, strength training, Yoga Sculpt, and Pilates—followed by afternoon sessions of yoga, recovery, and mindful movement.

Private Cabanas and Overwater Bungalows, each offering stunning ocean views and coastal breezes.

Coffee & Light Bites

Start your day slowly with fresh coffee, tea, and small bites as the sun rises over the water.


💪 7:15 – 8:15 AM

Morning Workout

Full-body strength, HIIT, and energizing movement. Come get your sweat on — island style.

Cold Plunge Refresh

Optional cold plunge to boost recovery, reset your nervous system, and feel alive!


🍽️ 8:30 – 9:30 AM

Breakfast

Fuel up with a vibrant, nourishing meal prepared by the island chefs.


🌞 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Free Time

Relax by the sea, read in a hammock, go snorkeling, explore the island, or treat yourself to a massage.

As the vibrant force behind @sarahjonesfit, she empowers women to build strength, cultivate joy, and reconnect with their bodies through movement. She weaves together strength training, Pilates, yoga, and recovery rituals — rooted in community, deep care, and real-life balance. Whether she’s leading workouts by the ocean at her Belize retreat or designing personalized programs, Sarah inspires transformation from the inside out.
