Passenger Coverage and Assistance

Upon boarding one of our vehicles, passengers are covered in accordance with the terms, limits, and conditions of Ismael Transfer Tour’s current insurance policy. Coverage may include assistance for accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies occurring during the contracted services and activities, subject to the conditions established by the insurance company.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Ismael Transfer Tour, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted our Terms and Conditions, including the applicable safety, cancellation, modification, liability, and coverage policies for the service booked.

The completion and confirmation of a reservation constitutes the customer’s acceptance of these terms.

1. Cancel at least 24 hours in avance

   Travelers can cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the activity begins (local time) and will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this time.

2. Cruise ship can not enter the port

   A full refund will be issued if the cruise ship is unable to enter the port due to weather conditions, port closure, or a change in the cruise itinearary that prevents your visit to Puerto Plata.

3. Company cancellation

   If Ismael Transfer Tour is required to cancel the activity for any reason, including weather conditions, operational issues, or customer safety, a full refund will be issued.

4. No show & late arrival

   Bookings are non-refundable in cases of no-show or late arrival when the customer is unable to participate in the scheduled activity. Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.

5. Bookin changes

   Requests to change the date, time or number of participants are subject to availability and should be made as early as posisble. additional charges may apply depending on the change.
