Our story began in 1994, when two adventurers founded Baja Outdoor Activities (BOA) to offer sea kayak expeditions to remote places. Three decades later, now as INDÔMITO, we continue that spirit—taking you to wild, pristine destinations where every journey is unforgettable. Our purpose is to shift environmental perspectives through outdoor experiences, helping people connect with nature and inspiring a deeper commitment to protect it.

From the moment we set off to the moment we returned, this trip exceeded every expectation. Organization was stellar from initial sign-up (credit to Ceci) to the farewell dinner hosted by chef extraordinaire, Ale & her partner sous chef, Diego. Logistics were seamless, gear was prepared, itinerary flowed - our group could simply enjoy the experience. What truly set this trip apart were our guides. Their expertise not only included paddling skill but went far beyond to weave together the area's geography, biology, history and culture into a living narrative that added richness and meaning all along the route. They answered every question with depth and enthusiasm - I could tell this was genuine passion vs a rehearsed script. Managing a diverse group on water and land is no small feat and our guides handled it with remarkable grace. Different skill levels, varying paces, the occasional frayed nerve - all were navigated with clarity, patience, diplomacy, and a fine sense of humour that kept the group cohesive and the mood light throughout. And the food! No one alerted us to the fact that our guides were exceptional cooks! Meals were so creative, fresh, authentic, and substantial enough for the hardiest of appetites. Throughout the entire trip there was an easy warmth and humour that made any challenging moments something to look back at and laugh, and laugh we did. This is the rare kind of trip where I arrived feeling like a stranger and left feeling part of small community privileged to have been able to have such an experience. Thank you Indomito - owners Ale & Diego, staff Ceci, Captain Alex and guides Antonio and Mario. You are all the best!! Maggie

Top tier experience, with incredibly knowledgeable, kind and funny guides. Excellent, fresh, and delicious food. Fantastic logistical support from the team in the office. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

If there were more stars, I would rate this trip even higher! Our Guides, Antonio and Mario, were extremely qualified, competent, helpful and caring. Plus a lot of fun! They were constantly monitoring our competency in the boats and made adjustments as needed to keep us all paddling comfortably. Our group of Canadian Women all melded well. We became instant friends and our contacts will continue. We were all in this together. The daily trips were doable with the first on water day being a challenge with a headwind. The campsites were spectacular as was the snorkeling available at each one. The food was phenomenal with a well balanced menu. Preparation of fresh meals was amazing and very much appreciated. Happy hours were special! We had great support from the Outfitter boat for transportation and supplies. Our trip to the Sea Lion colony was amazing! We were fortunate to be able to get there. This was a highlight for me. Pacho was carefully explained and was a great addition to our comfort! Interactions with the office were great with immediate responses for questions that came up. The dinner supplied to us on the last night was spectacular with the setting, food and care that went into our comfort. And - we did it!! SUCH FUN and highly recommended to friends!

What a fantastic experience, I would strongly recommend this trip! Our guides had detailed knowledge about the island, strong paddling skills and fun loving attitude, cooked delicious foods and made great coffee. They gave us opportunities to learn new skills -wet exit- and to participate in cooking and other kitchen duties. The days were well organized, we had so much fun and formed new friendships This trip was so lovely; my heart was filled with joy and my soul was well nourished by the experience
