When a booking is made, the insurance company assumes responsibility for covering travelers for any injuries, medical assistance, or emergencies during any of the activities offered.
Booking an activity includes a guaranteed on-time return to the port, the return will be 2 hours before the cruise ship's departure.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers can cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the activity begins (local time) & will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this time.
A full refund will be issued if the cruise ship cannot enter the port due to weather conditions or a port change.
If the company is forced to cancel the activity for any reason, including customer safety, a full refund will be issued.
