Kristi was drawn to massage through Yoga. She was fascinated to see how much yoga impacted student’s mental and physical health and wanted to further her education in the wellness field. After becoming a LMT, she has taken advanced training in Thai massage and Sarga Bodywork.

I really enjoyed Kristi's Sarga/Thai class! I really like how she holds space and her thoughtful bodywork techniques. I was sad when the class was over! I look forward to keeping in touch with Kristi and exploring more of her work!

From start to finish, this was a smooth and delightful process from the booking and planning, the magnificent details and content of the trip/event itself and clear through to the follow up after the trip was over. I can't recommend this trip enough!

As a seasoned Sarga Practitioner, I'm always searching for modalities that enhance my toolbox and deepen my connection with the body. The Sarga-Thai Bodywork training I recently took with Kristi did just that, and then some. If you're a Sarga bodywork practitioner seeking to expand your horizons, I recommend this training. The training beautifully marries the fluidity of Thai massage with the targeted precision of Sarga Bodywork's fascial release techniques. We started by awakening the joints and tissues with Thai sequences, then delved into the fascinating world of fascia, learning to address its intricate lines with barefoot techniques. Finally, we went deeper into expansive Thai stretches, aided by the unique touch of Sarga silk, unlocking incredible new levels of freedom in the body. Kristi’s passion for this modality is clear, and her patience truly commendable. She guided us through each step, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and empowered to explore their own practice. This training wasn't just about acquiring new skills; it was about shifting perspectives and about collaborating with the client, allowing the results that unfold organically.

Fantastic class. I loved the energy from the other students and Kristi's knowledge and passion for this modality. This class blends together all the things I love about bodywork- deep stretching, myofascial barefoot massage and slow intentional work that gives effective results immediately without causing unnecessary strain on my body. Highly recommend this course for any therapist looking to expand their practice to work with the body in a more creative intentional way.
