My time with Kristi and the rest of our group was very special to me. Most 3-day courses leave me feeling overwhelmed and drained, but this course hit different. I left this class feeling more aligned than I've ever felt while learning a new modality. I feel deeply grounded in my body and significantly more mobile from all the stretching, compressions, and fascial work. Kristi reminded me that my body doesn't need to hurt in order to help others, and I'll be forever grateful for that reminder. Thank you, Kristi!

Kristi Kutzera is an excellent instructor. I attended her Sarga Thai Bodywork workshop this past weekend in Vancouver, WA, and really enjoyed the experience. She is smart, attentive, and clearly knows the work deeply. SargaThai Training — Fort Myers The SargaTai training in Fort Myers with Kristi and Lisa was exceptional. Their teaching styles complemented each other beautifully — clear, precise, supportive, and deeply aligned with the principles of mindful, grounded bodywork. I walked away with techniques I could apply immediately in my sessions, and the impact was felt right away. Kristi and Lisa were absolutely incredible and totally made the course in my opinion. I was initially intimidated (and therefore intrigued) by sarga and the silks so I think this course was an ideal start for beginning Sarga. I so appreciated the refresh on Thai and Sarga is very incredible beautiful work. I received a really great blend of knowledge, structure and creativity intertwined. They are so so passionate about this work but also extremely open and helpful. I wish I could take all of my Sarga training with them, but they only teach this course.
