SargaThai Training — Fort Myers The SargaTai training in Fort Myers with Kristi and Lisa was exceptional. Their teaching styles complemented each other beautifully — clear, precise, supportive, and deeply aligned with the principles of mindful, grounded bodywork. I walked away with techniques I could apply immediately in my sessions, and the impact was felt right away. This training came at the perfect time as I pivot the way I’ll be performing bodywork moving forward. Kristi and Lisa were absolutely incredible and totally made the course in my opinion. I was initially intimidated (and therefore intrigued) by sarga and the silks so I think this course was an ideal start for beginning Sarga. I so appreciated the refresh on Thai and Sarga is very incredible beautiful work. I received a really great blend of knowledge, structure and creativity intertwined. They are so so passionate about this work but also extremely open and helpful. I wish I could take all of my Sarga training with them, but they only teach this course.

This was indeed an amazing experience. I feel so renewed coming home and I'm excited and ready to embark on this new journey in my massage practice. I encourage anyone even slightly interested in Sarga Thai to just do it! You will not regret it. Being a practitioner in traditional massage for over twenty years and deciding to switch it up was scary for me. I have no regrets, I was enlightened and encouraged, and this is definitely going to change my life and practice for the better. I see myself doing this for a long time. It is obvious that Kristi has a deep love for sharing her wisdom and guiding others. She is not only knowledgeable, but she is also playful in the way she delivers information. Sarga can be difficult to learn on it an own, but adding in a new modality (even for a seasoned practitioner), can feel very intimidating. Kristi created a warm and grounded, supportive and welcoming learning environment. She allowed room for creative play, while also providing direction for the precision that is needed when using Sarga silks and movement. The location was amazing and intimate. I personally loved the smaller class size in the yurt. It felt more personal and so cozy. Thank you Kristi and her posse of wonderful assistants and the beautiful souls who shared in this learning experience. Stay wild!

I really enjoyed Kristi's Sarga/Thai class! I really like how she holds space and her thoughtful bodywork techniques. I was sad when the class was over! I look forward to keeping in touch with Kristi and exploring more of her work!
