Three days. Bare feet. A massage mat. A Sarga silk. And a whole lot of experimenting.
3 Days • 18 Hours • 18 CEUs • No prerequisite
If you’ve ever watched someone use their feet in massage and thought...
I want to do THAT. Welcome!
Over three days, I’m going to teach you how I blend two modalities that feel like opposites, but pair up perfectly. You'll feel the movement and creativity of Thai massage with the slow, precise, supported footwork of Sarga Bodywork.
We’ll stretch people. Rock them. Compress them. Tie up a Sarga silk. Use our feet
And then figure out how all of those pieces can actually belong in the same session.
Thai-style stretching, rocking, joint movement, and compressions
Using your bodyweight instead of muscling your way through pressure
Setting up and working a few different equipment options
Using the silk for balance, leverage, traction, and support
Foundational barefoot techniques for the full body
Slowing down enough to feel what is happening underneath your feet
Blending Thai movement + Sarga footwork into one connected session
Practicing transitions so the work feels less like a pile of techniques and more like something you can actually use
You do not need previous Thai massage or Sarga experience.
We’ll start simple and build from there.
Some things will feel immediately natural.
Some things will feel awkward.
You may discover your balance is questionable.
That’s fine. Mine was too.
This is three days to practice, experiment, ask questions, repeat things, and start figuring out what parts of this work feel good in your body.
A full-body barefoot SargaThai flow
A new way to create pressure without asking your hands to do everything
More confidence using your feet in massage
Tools for making floor-based work feel supported and sustainable
A bigger idea of what your massage practice could look like
