About this trip

A 5-Day Women's Adventure Retreat in Sedona

Come for the red rocks. Stay for the reset.

Join our leader, Amelia, and trade your everyday routine for five unforgettable days in the heart of Arizona's red-rock country. We'll chase sunrises, hike through otherworldly landscapes, explore Sedona's wild side, indulge in a little pampering, and gather around the table with women who love adventure as much as you do.

This isn't a trip where you have to choose between adventure and relaxation.

We're doing both.

Day 1- Arrive & Exhale

Day 1- Arrive & Exhale image

Welcome to Sedona!

The red rocks are waiting.

Settle into our beautiful home base in Sedona, meet the women you'll be adventuring with, and let the pace of everyday life start to fade away.

We'll spend our first afternoon getting acquainted with Sedona before heading out to watch the sun sink behind the red rocks at Airport Mesa.

Then it's time for our first Three Horizons dinner—a chance to share a meal, a few laughs, and a little excitement about what's ahead.

Tonight's mood: cocktails, conversation & our first Sedona sunset.

Day 2- Hike & Rest Well

Cathedral Rock + A Little Luxury

We're starting the day the Sedona way: outside.

We'll lace up our hiking shoes and make our way into the red rocks for one of Sedona's iconic trails. The climb is worth every step as we take in those jaw-dropping views that make this place so special.

Afterward, we'll refuel with a leisurely breakfast or brunch before slowing things down for the afternoon.

Pool. Sunshine. Maybe a good book.

And then?

Spa time.

Because at Three Horizons, we believe a hard-earned adventure deserves a little pampering.

We'll finish the day with a delicious dinner and plenty of time to swap stories about the day's adventures.

Today's equation: epic views + tired legs + massage = perfect day.

Day 3- Go Off Road

Red Rocks from a Different Perspective

Today, we're getting a little wild.

We'll climb aboard a Pink Jeep and leave the pavement behind as we venture deep into Sedona's dramatic landscape. Expect red-rock canyons, steep trails, big views and plenty of "ARE YOU SEEING THIS?!" moments.

After our desert adventure, we'll have lunch and an afternoon to make your own.

Explore Sedona's galleries and shops.

Find a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Relax by the pool.

Grab a cocktail.

Or do absolutely nothing.

Tonight we'll gather again for dinner beneath the stars.

Today's mood: a little adrenaline, a lot of laughter, and dirt on our shoes.

Day 4- Chase the Magic

Iconic trails + a Sedona reset

This is our big adventure day.

We'll head out early while the desert is quiet and the morning light turns the red rocks every shade of gold.

Depending on the group and trail conditions, we'll tackle a combination of Sedona's iconic hikes—think Devil's Bridge, Boynton Canyon or West Fork—with plenty of time to stop, breathe, take photos and simply appreciate where we are.

After lunch, we're shifting gears.

The afternoon is yours.

Take a yoga class. Browse the art galleries. Book an additional treatment. Lounge by the pool. Grab a coffee with a new friend.

Then we'll come together one last time for a farewell dinner—because some trips deserve to end around a table, telling stories about the moments we'll still be talking about years from now.

Today's reminder: You don't have to rush through beautiful places.

Day 5- One Last Look

Slow Morning & Goodbye Hugs

Our final morning is intentionally slow.

Enjoy breakfast, savor one last cup of coffee and take in those red-rock views.

For those who want one last taste of adventure, we'll have the option for an easy morning walk before we say goodbye.

Five days ago, we arrived as a group of women.

We're leaving with new stories, tired legs, full hearts and a few new friends.

Until the next horizon.
