SEE the jewel of the Oaxacan coast and SEEK deeper self-awareness
and connection in your practice.
The mystic energy and enchanting beaches of Bahía de la Escondida provide the perfect setting to embrace your bohemian self through yoga, pranayama, and mantra.
Our daily morning ritual will include 90 minutes of breathwork, meditation and mantra, followed by a sweaty 90 minute asana practice. After breakfast, you'll have the option to join us on local excursions, or relax and explore on your own.
Our evening ritual will include various wellness workshops, watching sunset from the beach with the locals, relaxing yin or slow meditative flow yoga with mantra, and more optional adventures including a guided sweat lodge (temazcal), live music, dance and bioluminescence.

4 individual nook beds located in the roof of each bungalow, i.e. a sleeping nook - $800 per person/bed
Shared bathroom and shower.
Meant for a yogi purest that prefers not to be distracted by material possessions, minimal privacy.
A separate outside entrance along each bungalow.
Access to a communal outside bathroom and shower, only shared with the other yogis staying in nooks.
Extra storage will be provided for nook yogis.
