Hey there! I’m KC of AcuYogini. I teach yoga and do bodywork to empower people. I believe the world needs more people that are confident and compassionate. That is why my yoga classes are accessible for everyone: they are about how the form arises from you…from the inside out, rather than imposing a form from the outside in. Yes, you’ll learn alignment…and you’ll learn how to flow through your yoga in an organic, fluid, way to discover your inner teacher! Learn more about me and my work at: https://www.acuyogini.com/

Another fantastic year at KC's retreat! Not only was I able to connect with familiar faces and catch up with friends, I was able to relax. KC thinks of everything from ensuring the accommodations are comfortable, to planning a series of activities designed to help us reconnect with ourselves, all while being nourished by the best chefs, Denay and Martin! The daily meditations helped me feel very connected to the earth and to myself. Throughout the day, KC ensures you have ample opportunity to engage in self-care. The sound bowl experience this year was amazing as well as the acupressure experiences and yoga. The whole weekend you are focused on self-care and it is an amazing experience. I cannot wait to do it all again!

Just back from the Acuyogini Nature Sanctuary retreat, and honestly… my whole system feels softer. It wasn’t fancy or overly curated. No pressure to be “on.” Just a cozy, down-to-earth setting surrounded by trees, birdsong, and women who came to slow down and reconnect. Each day was a rhythm of simplicity: • Yin yoga that felt like a full-body exhale • Journaling that brought surprising clarity • Food that was nourishing, colorful, and cooked with so much love • Time in nature that reminded me how healing quiet can be There was space to nap. To wander. To laugh and cry and be human without needing to explain anything. It felt like a retreat for my nervous system as much as my body. If you’re craving real rest, soul-deep stillness, this kind of experience is medicine.

KC's Yin retreat was just perfect! I met so many lovely women and ate the most delicious food all weekend. Between the yin, journaling, the sound bath, yoga nidra, drumming, and simply being in a beautiful setting with like minded individuals, I felt more relaxed than I have in a long, long time. Everything about this trip was magical. So much thought and care went into every detail. Every activity flowed beautifully into the next and I will be coming back every year going forward! Absolutely wonderful! Thank you, KC and friends for creating such a restful experience!
