I had great time. I met most amazing people and friends. Couple of suggestions for improvement for the future: 1. Include pricing for things that are not included like, coconut water, smoothies tips, art goodies etc in the brochure 2. Post schedule for the next day night before and if folks need to prepare for example for sweat lodge that they know in advance not to have a big breakfast. It’s better to let them know early than towards the end of breakfast. 3. More professional attitude would be welcome. I found it a bit distracting talking to people with their mouths fool of tobacco and mambe. 4. Disclose in advance if there will be possible changes in staffing. Transparency should be a priority. 5. I let the organizers know in advance if there is a possibility we can be dropped off at San Jose hotel at the end of our stay. Was told it will not happen so my buddy and I took a cab from the airport to hotel. To our astonishment we saw several other fellow retreat members at the hotel checking in that told us the bus drop them off at the hotel. It would have been good to know that information and that should have been shared with all of us and not just select few.

I had a great time and worked really hard. This was my second visit to Kinkara through Plant Medicine People. Lilly made me pretty emotionally open, as she does, so I got to cry and feel a lot. I didn't connect with Grandmother as strongly as I had before, but I felt like she cleaned me out energetically more than last time. I feel my gifts are stronger and I truly met some soul sisters that I know will stay in my life. I really needed community and was able to get it. The sweat ceremony in the Temescal was still a highlight for me, it really releases and integrates all that Lilly and Grandmother brought up for me. Of course, the staff and facility was top tier and the food is incredibly soul and body satiating.

Wonderful experience, what a beautiful group of souls. Kat is a great hostess and leader, very knowledgeable about plant medicine, spiritual practices and integration. The food was fresh and organic as promised. Mount hood area is so peaceful and perfect for retreats Im grateful for the experience, I definitely recommend Kat and her team

Absolutely off the charts! The accommodations and facility was above and beyond what I expected. Everything was exceptionally clean and the food was phenomenal. The location was also stellar with what it provides and its beauty. This is second to the All-Star team of space holders for the retreat. Each one of them is an exceptional human with expert skill sets. I would return in a second. Highly, highly recommended!

This retreat was everything I hoped for and more! From the amazing staff and accommodations at Kinkara to the absolute dream team for medicine ceremonies! I am blown away by the way PMP holds their ceremonies! So much love, safety, integrity, magic! By far the best group of people I have sat with. I am beyond grateful for this experience, for the magic of the plants, for the medicine, the safely held container, the new friends/family, and ALL of the healing and lessons I get to take with me. PS don’t skip the Temezcal it was an amazing experience as well 💗 Everything was so well thought out and put together and I’m already planning when I can come be with this beautiful group of people again!
