I absolutely love helping others relax into themselves, remember the Truth of Who They Are, and to live their happiest and healthiest lives. My path has been one of great healing and spiritual evolution, and it is such a joy to be able to lead Yoga based retreats in various gorgeous parts of the Earth and to witness my participants shift from stress/tension/challenges into lighter, more inspired ways of living and being.
My family is a great joy that I cherish, and I feel very blessed to be part of a life that includes Canada, Costa Rica, and Italy.
Over the years, I have evolved my work in the wellness field to include Healing Flow Massage, Reiki Energy Healing and Teaching, Leading Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin), and Transformational Counselling based in my Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology.
Life is a precious gift, and miracles are always possible in every single sacred breath.
We are here to live magnificent lives. I am here to help you.

What a wonderful week of deep relaxation, gentle yoga, delicious food, treehouse massages, jungle adventures, and a gorgeous property. Lori and Jackie held a loving and welcoming space. I will definitely come back again!

Lori Myles-Carullo’s Reiki training is the most comprehensive and intentional available. She embodies divine love, bringing warmth and love that feel like a direct embrace from God. Every session with her is a sacred journey. I’m endlessly thankful for her transformative presence.

This was an amazing trip. Mytica is a magical place. There are so many wonderful things to say about it. The hosts for the week were so gracious and full of love. They met every need and more. This beautiful place in the "jungle" provided us with many local animals, plants and flowers.... The wind blows a lot and was so freeing. The Food was delicious too. Growing some of their own on the property and keeping it fresh, healthy and local. The people we met on the trip were all special unique individuals and our circle of friends grew expeditiously. We left with our cup runeth over with a clearer understanding of ourselves. We did "Rise" to an Euphoric Epic status. I highly recommend the Rise Retreat and a visit to Mysica.
