'Shakti' is a Sanskrit word for the Divine Feminine Power at the base of all Creative Energy. All of us as women are the embodiment of this Shakti, and as we connect with this powerful energy, we find liberation from old patterns that no longer serve us and we gain the courage and inspiration to become more of who we were meant to be on a deep, rich, soul level.

Each day of this magical retreat at Mystica Lodge will be devoted to a different Shakti Goddess Energy from various spiritual traditions such as Buddhism, Christianity, Native American, and Hinduism. Our various practices of breath work, Yoga, meditation, chanting, New Moon ritual, oracle card reading, Ecstatic Dance, and more will assist us in healing what lies in the shadows of these energies and will empower us into activating and realizing those gifts within our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls. 

We will also adventure to the EcoGlide Canopy Tour by the Arenal Volcano to rise and fly at the top of the canopy of the jungle, bathe in the soothing thermal Hot Springs, and enjoy a beach day on the Pacific Coast at the lovely Playa Hermosa.

9am - Morning Yoga with Lori: Grounding into Presence and Opening to the Healing Power of Compassion (90 minutes)

10:30am to 12:30pm - Free Time (hike to 500 year old Ceiba tree, swim in dipping pool, Massage + Reiki sessions in treehouse, walk labyrinth, chill out in a hammock, etc.)

1:30pm Free Time 

4pm - Afternoon Session with Lauren & Kaylan: Guided labyrinth meditative walk, restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra in Yoga Shala (90 minutes)

6pm Dinner

7:30pm - New Moon Ritual: Candlelit Circle in Yoga Shala (1 hour)

7am - Morning Sadhana with Lauren (spiritual practice including meditation, chanting, pranayama, and gentle Yoga flow)

8am Breakfast 

9:30am -  Vinyasa + Kundalini Kriya with Kaylan & Lori: Yoga practice for Purification (75 minutes)
