Join inspired leaders Lori Myles-Carullo and Kaylan Wojcik for a power-filled week in the heart of Costa Rica within which to let your SHAKTI SHINE! 'Shakti' is a Sanskrit word for the Divine Feminine Power at the base of all Creative Energy. All of us as women are the embodiment of this Shakti, and as we connect with this powerful energy, we find liberation from old patterns that no longer serve us and we gain the courage and inspiration to become more of who we were meant to be on a deep, rich, soul level.

Each day of this magical retreat at Mystica Lodge will be devoted to a different Shakti Goddess Energy from various spiritual traditions such as Buddhism, Christianity, Native American, and Hinduism. Our various practices of breath work, Yoga, meditation, chanting, oracle card reading, Ecstatic Dance, and more will assist us in healing what lies in the shadows of these energies and will empower us into activating and realizing those gifts within our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls.

During our Shakti Rising week together we will also experience equine therapy with the horse tribe of Tula Vida, bathe in the soothing thermal Hot Springs, enjoy a beach day on the Pacific Coast at Playa Hermosa, and be vibrationally blessed with a healing sound journey.

I absolutely love helping others relax into themselves, remember the Truth of Who They Are, and to live their happiest and healthiest lives. My path has been one of great healing and spiritual evolution, and it is such a joy to be able to lead Yoga based retreats in various gorgeous parts of the Earth and to witness my participants shift from stress/tension/challenges into lighter, more inspired ways of living and being. My family is a great joy that I cherish, and I feel very blessed to be part of a life that includes Canada, Costa Rica, and Italy. Over the years, I have evolved my work in the wellness field to include Healing Flow Massage, Reiki Energy Healing and Teaching, Leading Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin), and Transformational Counselling based in my Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology. Life is a precious gift, and miracles are always possible in every single sacred breath. We are here to live magnificent lives. I am here to help you.

This trip was everything my soul needed that I didn’t even realize. The food is outstanding, I miss it daily. The grounds are beautiful. I do not think I could iterate in words how amazing Mystica is and all that it provides. Lori and Kaylan were amazing with their meditations and breath work. I highly suggest a massage with Diane if you should get the opportunity. If you’re considering going you absolutely should.

Mystica is a truly magical place, and Lori is not only an amazing teacher but also a wonderful person. This was my second retreat at Mystica, and every time I go, it becomes an even better experience. The staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food they serve is not only delicious but also made with love. I will absolutely recommend retreats at Mystica to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

My trip to the Mystica Retreat was amazing. Lori and Francesco are the ultimate hosts. I felt at home the minute I arrived and when I left, I felt like I was leaving my family. The setting is calming, peaceful and comfortable. The food incredible. The staff over the top accommodating. I cannot wait to go back.
