ShellyFLEX Athletics invites you to our 3- Day Contortion Retreat starting Friday, September 24th through Sunday, September 26th, at the stunning Double Tree Hilton Hotel in McLean, Virginia, only a short metro ride away from Washington, DC.
This retreat is guaranteed to knock your socks off!
Join us for 6-hours of intimate, hands-on flexibility, handstand, and contortion training,
We want to give you a more convenient way to recharge and rejuvenate your batteries through outdoor activities, intimate training groups, exquisite local cuisines in the area, and a bonus company of newly found friends and community. We can't wait to have unforgettable memories, challenges, growth, and transformation with you during this new experience that we are offering. Cocktails, dinner, trekking, and daily trainings are all included!
For lunch and breakfast, you are open to exploring the area where you can find a bunch of extraordinary cafes and restaurants such as Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Winebar, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Sapphire Tyson’s Restaurant (and many more!!!) all within a few blocks around the hotel! The area offers a lovely and amazing vibe where you can walk downtown with the malls, cafes, and bars within walking distance.

Let's Get this Party Started!
3 PM: Check-in at the DoubleTree by Hilton in McLean, Virginia. Get settled in to your room, change into your workout clothes, and get ready for the first training session!
4:00-6:30 PM: Training Session 1
Hands-on and personalized group coaching: Work towards improving your flexibility, inversions, contortion shapes and skills specific to your interests and needs. Get hands-on spotting, answers to any questions you may have, and the tools, exercises and drills that you can take with you after the retreat. (Light snacks and beverages will be provided during your training)
7:30-10 PM: Welcome reception and cocktail party!
Enjoy a night full of live music, food, and drinks (all provided). Mingle with the other participants and make new friends inside the ShellyFLEX community.
