Day 1: Arrival — Root Into Radiance
Welcome to Mexico. Your journey begins the moment you land—with sun on your skin, ocean air in your lungs, and space to finally exhale.
After arriving in Puerto Vallarta, you’ll be greeted by our retreat team and transported to ONDA Surf Hotel in Punta de Mita—your home for the week. Early arrivals are welcome to drop bags, wander the beach, or just breathe in the beginning of something sacred.
That evening, from 8:00–10:00 PM, we’ll gather for a Welcome Circle under the stars. You’ll enjoy locally inspired snacks, sip a mocktail or herbal tea, and begin to settle in with a Sound Bowl Healing Ceremony and guided meditation.
This is your soft landing—where we meet ourselves, each other, and the journey ahead.
Day 2: Embody — Awaken & Reconnect
Ease into the day with Sunrise Yoga, as the light warms the horizon and your body begins to open and breathe. This practice is gentle, accessible, and meant to ground you in presence.
After a nourishing breakfast, we’ll gather for our first workshop: Coming Home to You: The Practice of Self-Love (Led by Shelley)
This opening session invites you to reconnect with yourself—gently, honestly, and without apology. Through reflection, journaling, and real conversation, we’ll explore what it truly means to choose yourself, tend to your needs, and honour the woman you’re becoming. This is where the journey begins: not with doing more, but with coming home to who you already are.
The afternoon is yours. Rest by the pool, walk the shore, book a massage, or simply do nothing. This is your time to soften, listen inward, and just be.
Later, we’ll share a delicious group dinner, followed by Yin Yoga and a Sound Bath. We’ll close the night in gentle circle, reflecting on what’s shifted and allowing space for whatever’s rising.
Day 3: Connect — Quimixto Waterfall Hike & Empowerment Photos
Today we head out for a full-day adventure to the Quimixto Waterfalls — a beautiful, nature-soaked experience that always becomes a retreat favourite.
We’ll travel by boat along the coastline before beginning the guided waterfall hike, moving through jungle paths, rivers, and quiet natural spaces. This is a slow, intentional walk — grounding, scenic, and deeply restorative.
At the waterfall, you’ll have time to swim, rest, journal, or simply take in the sound of the water. We’ll enjoy a relaxed picnic together before travelling back by boat.
In the late afternoon, you’ll have the option to join Beach Empowerment Photos, capturing you in your natural radiance — authentic, confident, and connected.
We close the day with a casual group dinner and a short Guided Meditation & Sharing Circle, integrating the stillness and strength awakened through the adventure.
