We had a great time. Kevin is a great guide and ambassador for Ventures Birding. I would recommend Kevin and Ventures to anyone interested in a birding adventure. Ed Simpson

Terrific birding trip. We had a beautiful chilly morning at Kituwah Farm for birding and even elk viewing. The afternoon at Lake Junaluska was really nice with many water fowl and bald eagles! Loved it. Our guide, Vicky, was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and fun.

Great Trip.! Vicky was amazing at finding us birds. She is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, making sure that everyone in the group saw the bird. Kituwah Farm is an interesting place with the Native American history and the elk! Lake Junaluska is a charming community nestled in a valley surrounded by the mountains. There were many ducks there, and Vicky made sure we got to see them all! I would do this trip again.

We did have a great time! The weather was great, a little cool to start with but it warmed up nicely. We saw a variety of birds during the day, including a vesper sparrow, and TWO BALD EAGLES at their nest!!!!! All with the help of our guide, Vickie. I have nothing but good things to say. I recommend birding day trips to beginners, as well as more experienced birders. Thank you
