The Noto valley is famous for it's baroque architecture.

Today you will visit  two of the towns (beside Noto itslef) that contribuited the most to make this region of Sicily one of the most charming one, Modica and Ragusa Ibla.

We will wander through the streets of Modica admiring  the beauty left from its glorius past and but also stop at the oldest chocolate shop of Sicily.

You will be shown how they produce their chocolate and have you will have a tasting of their various product.

We will move then to Ragusa Ibla where after a stroll and some shopping we will stop for another incredible meal for lunch.

Once back in Noto after some free time we will reserve a table for you at one of our favorite restaurants of Noto.

On day 3 in the morning  we will leave you the time to relax and explore Noto on your own and simply take a slow morning!

After lunch we will drive just outside of the town and stop at a local winery for a wine tasting and visit of the property.

The day will continue at the lovely fisherman town of Marzamemi.

This town is today one of the most visited places of the Sicilian south east coast (The Singer Madonna celebrated her birthday party here in 2022 just to give you an exaple).

The charme of the town located right on the ocean and especially the incredible sea food will make of this evening a special one for you! 

In the morning you will check out from your accommodation in Noto and move to your next destination, Ortigia.

You will first stop for a visit of the Archaeolgical park of Syracuse where you will see one of the best preserved sites of Europe when speeking of ancient Greek ruins.

It's a magical place where you will be able to see one of the most intact Greek amphitheater (still used today for musicals and concerts)  on top of the acropolis and necropolis of the ancient town while walking through a park over 2000 years old.

After the musuem we will take you to the historical center of Syracuse, Ortigia for your check in and stroll into the city before starting a wonderful cooking class where you will learn how to prepare some typical Sicilian dishes.

Dinner will be the fruit of your labour.

After a few days on the go we would like you to relax to the max on this day.

Late in the morning we will drive you to the White Bay SPA resort where you will spend the next 4 hours in total relax with the SPA treatment and Massage included, and a double bedroom sea view reserved for you where you can go for shower before heading back down for a drink at the SPA Bar or a walk on the beach.

Your driver will then take you back to Ortigia and the rest of the day will be free of activities.

Today you will leave Ortigia and move to Tormina.

Taormina is with no doubts one of the gems of Sicily.

This town founded by the greek has nothing to enviate to places like Positano (Amalfi coast) or Cinque Terre and if we can say, maybe is even better.

The views are incredible, facing the blue Mwater of the Mediteraanen sea and the volcano Mt. Etna and the charm of the town it is hard to be described in words.

Once arrived in Taormina we will leave you the time for settling at your new accommodation and wander around the town for pictures and shopping.

In the afternoon you will be provided of tivkets for entering Greek amphitheater located right in the historical center.

At night we will book a table at one of our favorie restaurants with a spectacular view.

Have you ever been on an active volcano!?

Well if not this will be your first time. After breakfast your driver will take you at the meeting point where a qualified local guide will lead the group for a tour on the Mt. Etna. 

You will board on 4x4 jeeps and drive up to the mountain stopping at the most panoramic view point where the guide will tell you everything about the past eruptions and while admiring a unique scenery.

Lunch will be included in the day tour.

After a free morning in Taormina you will move from your accommodation located in the historical center to Taormina Panoramic hotel where you will be located right on the sea.

Afternoon check in your driver will take you in Catania where a qualified local guide will give you a walking tour of the city visiting the main sites while hopping in and out from local store and tasting their typical products. 

You will then return to Taormina and you will be free from activities.

Castelmola and its terrace from which the entire oriental cost of Sicily will be at your feet.

Located above Taormina we will take you for a walking tour of the town and then for lunch. 

Enjoy the history and the dramatic views with a private guide before heading to the restaurant.

We will then take you back to your hotel where you will be free of acitvities for giving you the time of packing, enjoy the hotel amenities and simply get ready for your flight the following day

Sadly it's time to say goodbye.

Your driver will pick you up at oyur accommodation and take you at the airport.
