Sirena Sagrada (Sacred Mermaid) is a sacred invitation to begin the new year with clarity, intention, and connection—to yourself, to nature, and to something deeper.
Held in January 2026, this retreat offers a soulful reset after the rush of the holidays. It’s a time to clear space, soften your edges, and step into the year ahead grounded, nourished, and open-hearted.
We’ll gather at Casablanca, a breathtaking white beachfront home in Troncones, Mexico—its elegance reminiscent of the Greek isles, yet deeply rooted in the wild beauty of the Mexican coastline. With sweeping ocean views, minimalist charm, two serene swimming pools, and barefoot luxury, Casablanca provides the perfect sanctuary to exhale, realign, and remember what matters most.
Sirena Sagrada—Sacred Mermaid—is a call to reconnect with the magic that lives within each of us. Over 8 days, you’ll be immersed in:
This retreat is designed to nourish your body, awaken your spirit, and gently guide you back to your most authentic self. Whether you’re seeking clarity, community, creativity, or simply a week of deep rest, Sirena Sagrada offers a space to just be—and to begin again.
Come solo, with a friend, or with your partner. No matter who you are or where you’re at on your journey, you’ll be welcomed with warmth, presence, and the magic that happens when people gather with intention.
Let this be the year you choose yourself. Let it begin with the sea. Let it begin with Sirena Sagrada.
Yoga Teacher • Wellness Retreat Leader • Lifelong Seeker of Joy & Connection • Wild Wonder
Felicity is a curious soul and lifelong seeker—drawn to movement, people, and meaningful experiences. From childhood as a swimmer and ice skater to marathon running and yoga, movement has always been her medicine. It’s not optional—it’s essential.
Her yoga journey began in her twenties and deepened in her forties when she felt a strong calling to teach. She is certified through CorePower Yoga (200-hour based on the Baptiste method), Yoga Sculpt, YogaSix, and the Prison Yoga Project (trauma-informed, mindfulness-based). Felicity blends strength, softness, and spirit in every class—and remains forever a student of yoga’s vast teachings.
In June 2025, she will begin a five-month coaching program at the MindBodyGreen Institute—a globally respected program that blends the science of functional medicine with the art of coaching. Her focus includes mental health as we age, food as medicine, movement as a gateway to healing, and the vital role of community and purpose in living a meaningful life. This next chapter aligns beautifully with her passion for wellness, self-discovery, and whole-person healing. She looks forward to weaving these teachings into her yoga offerings and wellness retreats, creating even more transformative, personalized experiences for those she serves.
Felicity has been leading yoga and wellness retreats for over six years—designing intentional, heart-centered experiences that combine movement, reflection, connection, and the magic of place.
A proud mother of three and joyful grandmother to a beautiful baby girl, Felicity is also a passionate traveler. She has explored Europe, Southeast Asia, India, Japan, and Mexico, with Cambodia and Vietnam on the horizon. She feels especially connected to third world countries, where the raw beauty, resilience, and spirit of the people touch her deeply.
Her teaching style is grounded in service, humor, vulnerability, and kindness—creating space for others to feel welcome, inspired, and free to explore their own light. Felicity teaches in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Troncones, Mexico, leading small-group retreats and teaching regularly at Present Moment and Radiant Heart studios. She offers Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, and believes the collective energy of practice keeps us connected—to ourselves and one another.

Minister of Walking Prayer • Yogini • Healer • Bridge Between Worlds
Adriana is the visionary behind Radiant Heart Yoga & Ceremonial Arts—a sacred space for healing and transformation rooted in indigenous wisdom, inclusivity, and personal empowerment. She is an ordained Minister of Walking Prayer, an Acupuncture Detox Specialist, a yogini, and a ceremonial space holder.
Born to Mexican immigrants and raised in Houston, Adriana grew up in a richly diverse yet often racially charged environment. Her early years fueled a passion for social justice, leading her to earn degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnic Studies. After years of working with marginalized populations—including undocumented individuals, incarcerated youth, and the unhoused—Adriana experienced a profound spiritual awakening that changed her life’s direction.
She began attending sweat lodges and sacred medicine ceremonies, which led her back to school to become a minister and healer. Years of deep personal practice and visioning brought forth Radiant Heart Yoga, now a ceremonial studio located in her ancestral homeland on the southern Pacific coast of Mexico.
Adriana facilitates yoga, sound healing, and sacred plant ceremonies with deep integrity, compassion, and devotion. She invites others into a space of remembrance—of who they truly are and the power they carry within. Adriana lives in Troncones with her husband Juan and daughter Kaimari.
Michelle Helfner
Integrative Wellness • Healer • Acupuncturist • Energy Alchemist
I spent years working as an artist, waitress and even corporate investigator before listening to the clear voice in my heart guiding me into alternative medicines. While in New York, in 2001, I first studied massage and was quickly guided to a Masters in Chinese Medicine. Those inspired messages are a constant blessing in how I get work and share my love of the healing arts. In 2008 I came to Guatemala for a change in perspective and was changed on every level; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I moved to San Marcos and to attend the Las Pirámides Meditation Center and where I studied esoteric metaphysics. My studies included hermetic kabbala, tarot, numerology, lucid dreaming and astral traveling, astrology, yoga, fasting and periods of silent meditation. In San Marcos, I also had the opportunity to study and teach at the Flower House. I have completed many 5 day silences and additional 20 and 40 day silences as well. These are periods of deep reflection into the self and allow for awareness of all of the senses and better understandings of the universe. I was also lead by my heart to receive my 200hr yoga teacher certification from the School of Yoga Institute at the Mystical Yoga Farm in Santiago. During these studies and being surrounded my Mayan culture and traditional ceremonies I became deeply interested studies in the Shamanic aspects of acupuncture as a healer. During my first drumming ceremony the vision of myself as a drummer was clear and so began my own exploration as a guide for other into the non-ordinary realities. Whether through acupuncture, massage, energy work or drumming, I believe that through providing a safe and sacred space, each person, through their own experience can explore other realities and understandings of well-being. In this space they have a stronger ability to heal and become their truest selves.
I’ve been living in Troncones, Mexico for 12 high seasons, with permanent residency for the 10 past years. I previously worked at a yoga retreat here for many of those seasons. At the beginning of the pandemic I decided it was time for roots and with so much kindness and support, I built a Casa Ixchel, my home and place for my practice. I am ever grateful for this life of abundance and this magical path.
