Surpassed my expectations in every way possible. Flo is situated on land that has 7 waterfalls and lies beyond the bamboo and natural forests. The owners of the center and the staff (Yonder/karen) who run the retreat deserve the highest level of accolades - they are treasures only matched (not surpassed) by the land. The food and Every activity such as surfing with bodhi and jungle art and yoga/meditation … all 5 stars. I’ve traveled ALOT in my life but have never had an experience that fed my body & soul the way this retreat did. Grateful for every single second. 10 stars out of 5!

I had the opportunity to be a part of the sisterhood and chocolate Retreat.
Costa Rica is a beautiful tropical setting with exciting adventures.
It is a perfect setting for a retreat. The Flo center is located deep within the Costa Rica Jungle. Gorgeous views.

Magical place
Imagine being immersed in the most beautiful waterfall and then climbing out happy and grinning like a kid where you get to sit down and have the most delicious food prepared for you by kind and loving people who infuse even the food with good positive energy. Then take a nap in a hammock or a walk along the ridge or a dip in the pool. Listen to the monkeys and the parrots or the laughing happiness of people around you. This is a magical place out of time where you can restore your sense of self and your connection to the world.
