About your trip

Get cozy this winter with your new best friends in this stunning cabin oasis while we connect with the 5 Elements.

On this WOMEN'S RETREAT, we will spend 3 days together exploring Rocky Mountain National Park by snowshoes, winding down with yin yoga, eating delicious vegetarian home-cooked meals, meditating on our heart's desires, and connecting by the fire.

We will balance the 5 Ayurvedic Elements by spending time in nature (Earth), moving fluidly in our yoga practice (Water), burning off things that are not longer serving us (Fire), practicing breathwork (Air), and connecting with the space inside and around us (Ether).

With the perfect balance of planned group activities and down time to relax, read, and nap... you are sure to leave this long weekend feeling rejuvenated and peaceful.
