Sol & Soul Retreat with Sarah Jones is a co-ed fitness retreat set at La Joya Sayulita, a boutique resort perched above the Pacific with ocean views from every corner of the property. Every morning starts with a full-body workout. Strength training, HIIT, Yoga Sculpt. These are not gentle hotel gym sessions. They're the kind of classes people drive across town for. Afternoons are yours for yoga, pilates, recovery, and movement that helps your body absorb all the work you just put in.
In between, you'll have Sayulita. One of the most electric small towns in Mexico. Colorful streets, world-class tacos, warm water, and a pace of life that makes everything feel a little clearer.

5-nights luxury accommodation at La Joya Resort; Casitas and bungalows with ocean or jungle views, fine linens, air conditioning, artisanal mini-bars, and outdoor terraces
2 movement sessions most days (one strength focused, one pilates/yoga focused)
Which include: State-of-the-art thermal spa circuit featuring a cold plunge, red cedar sauna, and small exercise area with basic equipment
Breakfast, lunch and dinner at La Joya Sayulita, will be provided, with the exception of one group lunch and one group dinner noted below.
Relax and swim with an ocean-view saltwater infinity pool
Roundtrip airport transportation from Puerto Vallarta (PVR) airport to the resort.
One afternoon we trade the villa for the open water — boarding a private charter for a group whale watching excursion right in the heart of humpback season.

Morning Workout Your day starts with a full-body sweat session on the ocean terrace. Strength training, HIIT, Pilates, and Yoga Sculpt. Expect real effort, great energy, and views that make it hard to leave.
Breakfast Chef-prepared meals to fuel your recovery. Fresh, satisfying, and enjoyed with ocean air and good company.
Mid-Morning to Afternoon: Free Time This time is yours. Relax by the pool, hit the sauna or cold plunge, book a massage, walk into town, browse Sayulita's markets, take a surf lesson, or simply sit with the ocean and do nothing. All of it counts.
One afternoon we skip the afternoon workout and enjoy a Whale Watching Excursion together.
Lunch Fresh, vibrant meals at the resort. Grab a seat with a view and take your time.
Afternoon Movement and Recovery Yoga, Pilates, deep stretch, and recovery-based work to help your body absorb everything you've put into it. This session is intentional. It earns its spot on the schedule.
Evening Most evenings, dinner is served family style at the villa. One night we head into Sayulita for a group night out. Transportation is provided. Dinner and drinks are on you. Evening activities will include, games, good conversation, karaoke, dancing and possibly adventuring into town to explore.
