Every angle of this trip exceeded any and all expectations! Location, facility resources, food, comfortable accommodations, leadership, human connection, introspection, support, yoga arrangements, moments to present and express gratitude….I would recommend this retreat again and again and again!!!

I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitute by the Tuscany experience.
What a banquet Molly and Lauren meticulously prepared, starting with the first course of pizza making at the Grand farmhouse, our base for the explorations, we then hiked in the lush Tuscany forest, through the ancient Etruscan passage, stepped on the cobblestones of a number of medieval towns, visited a prime winery in Chianti, splashed in a natural Hot spring and experienced yantra yoga practice in a full-scale Tibetan Temple; we made pasta on site with the local people who prepared delicious farm to table foods for us daily and invited us to their home castle (built several hundred years ago!) for the most delcious foods and wines... all these happened after our daily morning yoga and meditation practice. And on the quiet days we stayed in the farmhouse, by the cozy fire place and did deep probing discussions on "path vs obstacle", "life's purpose".
What a rich, deep and flavorful experience!
Hands down- an AMAZING trip. The Yoga, the meditation, the adventures and meeting new people. The reflection time, conversations and laughs are wonderful memories. Lauren & Molly did a fantastic job putting this trip together and my favorite part is the memories we’ve created. The wheels on the bus go round and round. ❤️
