Join Veronica & Diana for this incredible weekend to nourish your nervous system.
This weekend will be the perfect blend of community, and spaciousness. The priority is going to be pleasure. Think oxytocin, luxury, relaxing, laughter, joy. There will be movement, and stillness. Making new friends, and getting to know yourself a little bit better, too. You get to step away from your daily routine and responsibilities and instead reconnect to something deeper: nature, amazing food, community, and a little bit of mystery.
Each day will be a blend of intentional movement and somatic based practices. There will be plenty of down time to take walks, lounge in bed, read, sit by the pool, nap, and whatever else you'd like to do!
The house is a gorgeously remodeled Ranch home, spread over 2 acres with incredible views of the mountains. Located in Desert Springs, CA, the weather will be warm and lots of sunshine, with cool nights. It has a saltwater pool, hot tub, firepit, and plenty of outdoor activity to do. And of course, plenty of places to nestle and rest!
Diana May Yoga is a yoga teacher, trainer, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She specializes in neuro somatic health to support people who have chronic pain and injury. She loves to support people build a better relationship with their bodies and has deep reverence for nature, including the endlessly fascinating human body. More info HERE.
Veronica of Waking Womb has had a reverence for the body it’s innate capacity to heal since a very young age growing up surrounded by yoga, birth stories and bodywork. Veronica has a background in yoga, Holistic Pelvic care, Birth work, and focuses primarily on helping people heal trauma through their nervous system in Somatic Experiencing . Her emphasis centers the pelvic bowl.
Brooke is a private chef specializing in healthy nutritious eating. She spends her time in Bend, Oregon cooking and playing outside. In addition to cooking Brooke loves helping empower others to be the greatest version of themselves. As a space holder she is a permission giver and helps guide others to embark on their own transformative journeys and guides them towards healing and empowerment. When she's not cooking or on retreat, you can find her adventuring outside; skiing, rafting, running, hiking, biking, dancing to live music or deep in conversation with one of her adventure buddies.
