Join Estee Fletter and Cindy Meiri for this nourishing weekend retreat. Bask in the warmth of summer and the beauty of Sonoma’s rolling hills, stately oak trees, and open sky.
This retreat offers space to slow down, deepen connection, and return to ease and presence in body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re craving clarity, strength, rest, or joyful community, this weekend invites you to simply be, in nature, with intention, and in good company.
Nestled in the heart of Northern California wine country, Westerbeke Ranch is a peaceful, welcoming sanctuary. From cozy redwood cabins and well-appointed yurts to vibrant gardens and open gathering spaces, the land invites a slower pace and deeper breath. Delicious, nourishing meals are prepared with care, and the warm staff create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and special.
Over the weekend, you’ll experience a balanced blend of active yoga, meditation, restorative practices, and sound healing, along with spacious time to rest, swim, soak in the hot tub, wander nature trails, and enjoy meaningful connection. This retreat is open to all genders and all levels of experience.
Optional acupuncture/ acupressure with Dr Haemin Cho and massage therapy sessions with Westerbeke practitioners are available to help support the healing experience. This is an opportunity to support your nervous system, unwind tension, and receive individualized care in a quiet, natural setting. A beautiful complement to the yoga, sound healing, and restorative practices woven throughout the weekend.
