Estee creates a beautiful and nurturing space that allows everyone to be who they are. Estee also invites Cindy to provide us a gentle soundtrack for the weekend. In addition, Hemming provides additional support with acupuncture and acupressure. The environment is created to be like a warm embrace. I look forward to the every retreat because I know it will give a nice reset until the next time.

✨Just so good.✨ The Yoga Flow portion with Estee was well thought out and taught beautifully. I love the language she uses in her teaching. The Yoga Nidra with Cindy was bliss. Cindy’s voice was so calming as she guided us into deep relaxation. The location at Green Gulch is like a peaceful cradle in the wilderness. It’s a special place. We took to the option to walk in the garden and to Muir Beach during the breaks which really enhanced the retreat element. I am a yoga teacher myself. I was visiting from abroad and had never met Estee or Cindy. I wish I lived closer so I could attend more of their events! They are excellent! 🥰🧘‍♀️

This was my second time practicing with Estee at Green Gulch and I can't wait to do the next one. Estee with Cindy in the setting of Green Gulch is soothing and potent combination. I always feel like a better version of myself after every class with Estee, but her retreats do even more for my well being.
