This is a wonderful Yoga retreat. Estee is warm, kind, grounded and provides a truly restorative experience anchored with Vinyasa Flow and offers all levels of challenge. She was joined by Cindy who provided a beautiful sound bath and Yoga Nidra. The location of Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma is a special place with great folks and delicious meals to top off everything. Looking forward to the next retreat!

We were so thrilled to celebrate our anniversary at Estee's retreat at Westerbeke. She is a deeply knowledgable, compassionate, expertly aware, and beloved teacher which was evident by the wide range of long time students who made the commitment to attend (many for the 3rd, 4th or multiple times). The addition of Cindy's soothing sound bath brought the entire experience to another level of care and consideration. The food was, as presaged by former attendees to Estee's retreats, delicious and lovingly presented. I look forward to attending again next year.

Estee creates a beautiful and nurturing space that allows everyone to be who they are. Estee also invites Cindy to provide us a gentle soundtrack for the weekend. In addition, Hemming provides additional support with acupuncture and acupressure. The environment is created to be like a warm embrace. I look forward to the every retreat because I know it will give a nice reset until the next time.
