Please book an arrival flight that lands no later than 3:00 PM on January 15 (United and Alaska Airlines offer direct flights from SFO) and a departure flight that takes off no earlier than 2:00 PM on January 20.
Ground transportation shuttles to and from PVR/ Punta Monterrey are included in your retreat as long as you are traveling on the start and end dates within the above mentioned time frames.
At Punta Monterrey, meals are a vibrant expression of Mexican heritage, fresh, seasonal, and deeply rooted in family tradition. Prepared by local chefs from the Las Lomas community, each dish blends ancestral recipes with regional ingredients from land and sea. We’ll gather for daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, delicious meals designed to nourish your body and spirit.
Please share any dietary needs in advance, the chefs are happy to accommodate.
If you are traveling on your own and want to share a double or triple room we will do our best to match you with a roommate(s) while rooms with two or more beds are available. If we are unable to match you with a roommate(s), a double or single supplement will be applied to your final balance.
Purchasing travel insurance helps to mitigate any unexpected circumstances such as medical issues prior to traveling or while traveling, last minute flight cancellations or personal issues that might affect your trip. If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of your payment (minus non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit and any transaction fees) if the space can be filled by someone else by September 1, 2026.
No refunds will be given after September 1st, nor for failure to attend or complete the retreat.
Your registration for the retreat signifies agreement with the cancellation policy. Because this experience requires significant planning and upfront costs, no exceptions can be made.

Retreat begins with orientation, opening circle, and grounding yoga practice at 6:00pm on Friday, followed by dinner and free time.
Saturday through Tuesday will include:
