Retreat begins with orientation, opening circle, and grounding yoga practice at 6:00pm on Friday, followed by dinner and free time.
Saturday through Tuesday will include:
- Morning Mindful Vinyasa Yoga + meditation
- Morning Qi Gong with Haemin (Sunday & Tuesday)
- Breakfast
- Free Time
- Lunch
- Free time
- Somatic Workshop with Cara (one afternoon)
- Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing led by Cindy (Sunday & Tuesday late afternoon)
- Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing (Saturday & Monday late afternoon)
- Dinner
- Free time
We will complete our time together with breakfast on Wednesday morning.
