• Visiting two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Cartagena & Mompox, and getting to know two cultural expressions declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity: Cultural space of San Basilio de Palenque & Traditional Vallenato Music.

 1. If the trip is cancelled  for reasons different to “force majeure”, the following cancellation fees apply:

• 0-10 days before the trip's starting date, 100% of the payment is non-refundable.
• 11-21 days before the trip's starting date, 70% is non-refundable. 
• 22 -31 days before the trip's starting date, 50% non-refundable.
• +32 days before the trip's starting date, 15% non-refundable.

2. If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure (understood as: strict lockdown in Colombia, natural disasters, borders closure or any of the travelers getting COVID with a positive PCR test), 50% of your payment will be reimbursed and the remaining 50% will be offered as a credit that can be used in any Impulse trip for the next two years, and can be transferred to another person.
