This morning your guide will take you directly to the cableway and the famous Table Mountain (weather permitting).
While admiring the view from the top of the mountain, s/he will explain the varying flora and fauna in the region.
Without a doubt it is Table Mountain that makes Cape Town the unique city it is. Rising up over 1000m above sea level, it is the icon that makes Cape Town instantly recognizable. It is a symbol, a playground, a spiritual retreat and a big draw for tourists. So intertwined with the identity of Cape Town is Table Mountain that a visit to the city isn’t complete without having walked or taken the cable car to the top.
From here you are taken on a scenic drive and a city tour, which includes a visit to the Company's Gardens, the V&A Waterfront and the colorful Bo-Kaap in the Malay Quarter. The Company Gardens is a treed haven in the middle of the city and is surrounded by museums and fascinating buildings - St Georges Cathedral, the Salve Museum, The National Art Gallery and the Jewish Museum to mention a few.
Situated between Robben Island and Table Mountain in the heart of Cape Town's working harbour, the V&A Waterfront has become South Africa's most visited destination. Set against a backdrop of magnificent sea and mountain views, exciting shopping and entertainment venues are intermingled with imaginative office locations, world-class hotels and luxury apartments, the Waterfront is the heart of the tourist industry in Cape Town.
Bo-Kaap is a neighbourhood in Cape Town set on the slopes of Signal Hill and was originally established by members of the Cape Malay community who were brought to Cape Town during the 18th century as slaves. Bo-Kaap is known for its brightly coloured homes, beautiful mosques and vibrant culture. It is a popular tourist attraction and one of the most photographed areas in Cape Town. Visitors can explore the area on foot or take a guided tour to learn about its history and culture. Bo-Kaap is also home to many restaurants, cafes and shops offering traditional cuisine and handmade crafts from local artisans.
Return to your accommodation just before lunch. The rest of the day and evening is at your leisure to explore on your own.

Depart with your guide for a full day of sightseeing along the Cape Peninsula. Travel along the spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive to Hout Bay. Continue along the scenic coastal road to Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point.
Lunch is included (beverages for own account) before visiting the African Penguin colony at Boulder’s Beach. Return to Cape Town via the quaint seaside towns of Simon’s Town, Fishoek and Muizenburg.
Hout Bay’s active harbor serves a variety of fishing boats, charter boats and yachts. It is also the departure point for boat trips to the nearby Seal Island, home to a colony of around 6 000 Cape Fur Seals. The bustling port area also has a well- known seafood restaurant and a shop selling fresh fish.
Chapman’s Peak Drive winds its way between Noordhoek and Hout Bay. Situated on the Atlantic Coast, at the south-western tip of South Africa, it is one of the most spectacular marine drives anywhere in the world. The 9km route, with its 114 curves, skirts the rocky coastline of Chapman's Peak. The drive offers stunning 180° views with many areas along the route where you can stop and take in the scenery or sit down for a relaxing picnic.
Cape Point Nature Reserve is a breathtaking coastal sanctuary located at the southwestern tip of the Cape Peninsula.
Offering awe-inspiring vistas of rugged cliffs, pristine beaches, and diverse flora and fauna, it is ideal for nature lovers to explore scenic hiking trails and spot wildlife.
Boulders Beach in Simon’s Town is ideal for kids as immense boulders shelter the cove from currents and large waves -but please always take care. It is a rare pleasure to swim with the penguins but don't touch or feed them. They might look cute and cuddly, but their beaks are as sharp as razors and if they feel threatened they have no qualms about nipping the odd finger or nose.
