Since 2022, my team and I have hosted trips to incredible destinations including Peru, Norway, Morocco, Vietnam, French Polynesia, and beyond. After arriving in Cape Town and settling into our accommodations at the beautiful, modern Old Foundry Hotel, we'll gather for our first evening together and kick off the adventure with a welcome dinner. This is an opportunity to meet the incredible women you'll be sharing the journey with, connect over delicious food, and soak in the excitement of everything that lies ahead.

From breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters to meaningful conversations and lifelong memories, this is just the beginning of an extraordinary adventure.

Today we'll experience some of the natural beauty that makes Cape Town so special. We'll begin the day kayaking along the stunning coastline of Sea Point and Three Anchor Bay, keeping an eye out for dolphins, seals, and breathtaking views of Table Mountain rising above the city.

Afterward, we'll slow down and soak up the laid-back beach culture of Cape Town with time to relax at the beautiful Clifton and Bakoven Beaches.

As the day winds down, we'll lace up our hiking shoes and make our way to the summit of Lion's Head (approximately 3 miles / 5 km roundtrip with 1,300 ft / 400 m of elevation gain), one of the most iconic hikes in South Africa, where we'll watch the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean and the city below.

Today we'll experience two of Cape Town's most iconic highlights. Our day begins with a hike up Table Mountain via the scenic Kasteelspoort route (approximately 5 miles / 8 km with 2,500 ft / 760 m of elevation gain), where breathtaking ocean views, dramatic cliffs, and unique fynbos landscapes await around every corner.

After reaching the top, we'll descend by cable car and take in panoramic views of the city, coastline, and surrounding peaks. Later, we'll explore the colorful streets of Bo-Kaap and immerse ourselves in the rich history and traditions of Cape Malay culture through a hands-on cooking experience, sharing stories, laughter, and a delicious meal together.

Get ready for one of the most spectacular road trip days in the world. Today we'll explore the stunning Cape Peninsula, winding our way along dramatic coastal roads, rugged cliffs, and breathtaking ocean vistas.

Highlights include the legendary Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point, where towering cliffs meet the sea, a visit to the famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach, and a drive along the iconic Chapman's Peak Drive. We'll also spend time exploring the charming seaside town of Kalk Bay before returning to Cape Town after a day filled with unforgettable scenery and adventure.

Today is yours to design. Choose between an epic and unforgettable hike on the Jonkershoek Panorama Circuit (approximately 5.5 miles / 9 km with 800 ft / 240 m of elevation gain), known for its sweeping mountain views and stunning landscapes.

Or you can opt for a luxury e-bike tour through the Cape Winelands, where you'll cycle past rolling vineyards, enjoy spectacular scenery, and stop for wine tastings at some of the region's renowned wineries.

Perhaps you prefer something different? You're welcome to spend the day however you'd like. Whether that's relaxing at a beach in Cape Town, enjoying a wine tasting, taking a helicopter tour over the coastline, cage diving with great white sharks, or creating your own adventure, this free day allows you to experience South Africa in a way that feels most aligned with you.

Today we hit the road and begin our journey along South Africa's legendary Garden Route—one of the most scenic drives in the world. Along the way, we'll stop in the coastal town of Mossel Bay for lunch, stretch our legs on the beautiful beaches of Wilderness National Park, and take in sweeping views from the famous Map of Africa viewpoint.

As the day winds down, we'll arrive in Knysna and make our way to the iconic Knysna Heads, where dramatic cliffs frame the entrance to the lagoon and provide the perfect setting for sunset. Tonight we'll settle into our accommodations at Brenton Breakers and enjoy the relaxed coastal charm that makes this region so special.

Today we'll explore some of the most beautiful scenery along South Africa's coastline. Our morning begins with a hike on the spectacular Robberg Peninsula, where rugged cliffs, turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and incredible ocean views create one of the country's most iconic coastal walks.

Keep an eye out for seals, seabirds, and even whales in the distance. After some free time to relax and explore Knysna, we'll end the day with a sunset catamaran cruise across the lagoon, soaking in the golden light and breathtaking scenery as we celebrate another unforgettable day together.

Today we leave the coast behind and begin our journey toward the African bush. Along the way, we'll stop at Tsitsikamma National Park, one of South Africa's most beloved natural treasures, where we'll walk through lush coastal forest to the famous Storms River suspension bridge spanning a dramatic river gorge.

For those seeking an extra (optional) adrenaline rush, there will also be an opportunity to experience the world's highest commercial bungee jump at Bloukrans Bridge.

From there, we'll continue to Gondwana Private Game Reserve, where the next chapter of our adventure begins. After settling into our luxury villas at the Kwena Lodge Villas, we'll head out on our first safari game drive in search of Africa's iconic wildlife as the sun sets across the savanna.

Today is dedicated to one of Africa's most unforgettable experiences: safari. We'll head out on both morning and evening game drives with expert guides, giving us the best opportunities to spot elephants, lions, rhinos, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, leopards, and countless other species in their natural habitat.

In between drives, enjoy time to relax at the lodge, take in the surrounding wilderness, and soak up the peaceful rhythm of life in the bush. There is something truly special about safari—the anticipation around every corner, the awe of seeing wildlife up close, and the reminder of how wild and beautiful our world really is.

We'll begin our final full day in South Africa with one last sunrise game drive, offering another chance to witness the magic of the African bush awakening for the day. After a late breakfast, we'll begin our journey back to Cape Town, reflecting on the incredible experiences we've shared—from mountain summits and coastal adventures to unforgettable wildlife encounters and meaningful connections.

This evening, we'll gather one final time for a farewell dinner in Cape Town to celebrate the adventure we've shared together. While the trip may be coming to an end, the connections and experiences from South Africa will stay with us long after we return home.
