About this trip

Spring is an optimal time to become lighter and brighter through Yoga and Ayurveda. Understanding we are part of nature is facilitated as we enjoy a two nights stay on over 100 acres of secluded, sacred forest conservation land.

In this retreat we will be incorporating Ayurvedic techniques to provide a spring cleaning for mind, body and soul. Included are five simple, delicious, balancing, easy to digest vegetarian meals such as spiced oatmeal and khichidi to help support the digestive system and release toxins. We will learn traditional selfcare rituals, practice a range of Yoga including asana (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), Yoga Nidra, meditation, kirtan and more to help us shed toxins and enhance our health and well being for the months ahead. You will emerge feeling fresh, energetic, light, clear and in body and mind. Think of it as in internal spring cleaning!

All activities and classes are included yet optional.

This retreat is open to all.

Offered by Tamara Davidson and Elizabeth Henrichsen.

Check in starts at 3:30pm, Friday, March 18

Elizabeth and Tamara always put on a wonderful retreat. The activities are perfectly balanced between yoga classes, other nourishing activities and free time. Both of them are fabulous yoga teachers and you can always tell so much thought and care goes into these events. You can also get a fabulous massage from Tamara as part of your retreat experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for a way to renew and refresh.

Elizabeth and Tamara were such beautiful, amazing souls. I truly felt at peace while I was on this retreat. I wish it was longer honestly, but it was a nice little re-set. Everyone in the group was so genuinely nice and kind; there was no negative energy anywhere. Elizabeth was so knowledgeable about the practice of Yoga; even her pronunciations of the words were so beautiful. Great experience! I would highly recommend this retreat.

The autumn retreat far exceeded my expectations. Elizabeth and Tamara guided us through a program that offered a unique friendship building experience. Yoga, meditation, dancing!, healing bowls, Ayurvedic cooking lesson, 🕉 chanting, and delicious vegetarian meals…all the things! Thank you for the love and support 🙏🏻
