Retreat begins with orientation, opening circle, and yoga practice at 5:00pm, followed by dinner and free time.
Friday and Saturday will include:
* Breakfast
* Morning Mindful Vinyasa Yoga with meditation
* Free time
* Lunch
* Free time
* Late afternoon Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing led by Cindy Meiri (Friday)
* Late afternoon Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing (Saturday)
* Dinner
* Free time
We will complete our time together with yoga on Sunday morning followed by lunch. Check out of rooms is 10am on Sunday and we are welcome to enjoy the amenities through 2pm.
