Ground Transportation from the airport is offered but not included.
Brenna will collect your flight info when it's time.
Car rental is not recommended and pricey unless you intend on extending your trip prior or after the retreat.
Traveling Insurance -We highly recommend traveling insurance and not all insurance automatically covers Covid or illness. See here for some good options.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Until Nov. 31, 2023- Guests will be eligible for up to a 100% refund minus a $150 per person administrative fee for cancelling.
From Dec 1, 2023 - Jan 15, 2024 - Guests will be eligible for up to a 50% refund of the total retreat cost plus an additional $150 per person administrative fee for cancelling.
No refunds of any kind after January 15, 2024. This includes illness. We recommend getting travel insurance to cover yourself. No exceptions.

Retreat Begins on May 4 with an Evening Program/Opening Circle.
Check out is May 9th at 11am or earlier if you airport transport is early.
We invite you to try for an evening flight out May 9th if you would like to have an easy morning.
