Imagine this… You start your New Year in beautiful and incredibly biodiverse Costa Rica - the perfect combination of adventure and serenity. Wake up to the sun peeking through the lush green jungle trees and the sound of chirping birds and playful howler monkeys. Take a short walk to the beach for an early morning swim in the warm Caribbean Sea or relax in a hammock before enjoying a rejuvenating morning yoga session and a fresh, delicious breakfast prepared specially for you by our own professional chef.
Join Brooke and Jodye for 7 days and 6 nights in paradise to kick off the year with the tropical adventure you’ve been craving and the rest and relaxation you deserve. You’ll spend the week with like-minded people creating a vision for 2025. You’ll leave feeling connected to both yourself and your new-found community.
Your week in paradise includes …
🧘🏼♂️ Group yoga practices and meditations to move your body and calm your mind.

🐠 Group snorkeling excursion through warm, crystal clear water to explore coral reefs and colorful marine life.
🍫 Visit the local indigenous Bri Bri village where we learn how to make chocolate followed by a traditional lunch.
🦥 Group walk through the lush rainforest in nearby Cahuita National Park with a naturalist to spot sloths and other wildlife.

Spend your down-time connecting with the group or enjoy quality time with yourself. Add on a luxurious on-site massage, relax by the pool, or wander around the beautiful retreat-center grounds landscaped with jungle trees and native Caribbean flowers.

Your home for the week is the beautiful, eco-boutique retreat center - Casa Firefly. Every room has a ceiling fan, AC, storage closet, ensuite bathroom, patio complete with chairs and a hammock, and comfortable beds. Choose between a room with a king bed or two single beds as availability lasts.
Casa Firefly is nestled where the jungle meets the sea in perfect proximity to nearby activities. From the retreat center, you can take a five minute walk to the beach. It is a 30 minute walk (or five minute drive by taxi) to the nearby Cahuita National Park and the town of Cahuita, where you can experience local shopping and dining.
Together we will start 2025 feeling connected and content. Let go of inherited beliefs. Nourish your mind and body while having fun!

Important Note: We have arranged shuttles to transport guests from San Jose to our retreat property in Cahuita. The last shuttle leaves San Jose at 2:00 pm on December 29th. Please arrange your flights to arrive either before 1:00 PM on December 29th, or arrive on December 28th.
If you choose to arrive on December 28th, we will help you arrange a hotel room near the airport and transportation to the shuttle.
You might also choose to take the short local Sansa flight from San Jose to Limon for an additional cost, instead of the shuttle.

- Six Nights LodgingCasa Firefly is an eco-boutique retreat center located near Cahuita National Park on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica.
- Nourishing MealsThree daily vegetarian meals prepared on-site with fresh, local ingredients by our chef. Chicken, fish and beef are available for an additional fee. We accommodate special diets!
- Two Excursion DaysTour of BriBri village and chocolate making, hike and swim at Bri Bri Falls, walk in Cahuita National Park with a naturalist to spot sloths and other wildlife, and snorkel in the Caribbean Sea.
- YogaTwice daily yoga (most days), in a variety of styles, suitable for all levels. Yoga is always optional. You may choose to sleep in or get a massage instead!

Your day begins with morning yoga followed by a delicious, nourishing breakfast with local coffee and fresh fruit. Each day you'll enjoy a group excursion or free time (or both!) with lunch served mid-day. Days will wrap up with afternoon/evening yoga, dinner, and group gatherings and workshops. All meals and activities are optional to make this retreat exactly what you're needing. Feel free to wander to the nearby town, nap, or explore at your leisure in place of scheduled group activities.
