Surf + Soul + Español returns for round 4. Yes, it's been a couple of crazy time warp years, but in spite of it all, last year's retreat was one of our most epic yet. This year we plan to maintain the tried and true experiences that have become the backbone of Surf + Soul, and throw in some captivating, previously unexplored surprises (aerial yoga anyone?), connect with new healers and explore divine cuisine from an entirely NEW and exquisite view point. As always, we will yoga, surf, dine, sing, guitar, craft, love, laugh and HEAL in the most authentic way we know possible. 

If you have yet to experience the magic of Surf + Soul + Español and the incredible group of women who gather each year in Nosara, perhaps this is YOUR year to take the plunge.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is now required by law for travel to Costa Rica for the unvaccinated.   This insurance must be purchased separately from your retreat reservation.  Information regarding the requirements and the ability to purchase insurance can be found here: https://www.trawickinternational.com/travel-insurance-plans/costa-rica-travel-insurance. WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL TRAVELERS PURCHASE INSURANCE. 

ROOM / PAYMENT  INFO:

Rooms are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.  If you feel strongly about your room choice, that's yet another reason to HOP ON IT!  Bodhi Tree will book up, whether by us or by any other coinciding retreats. TRAVELING ALONE or WITH FRIENDS?  There will be an opportunity to put in roommate requests/considerations upon booking.

WHEN BOOKING, a 20% deposit will be charged at registration to reserve your room and allow us to begin working out retreat logistics on your behalf. 

Two (2) additional incremental payments of 50% of your remaining balance will be due Feb 7 and April 7 unless you'd prefer to SIMPLIFY and take care of your full balance from the get-go.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Please signup intentionally. As we all know, COVID is part of our current world.  In the event of illness or other issues leading to cancellation, please refer to your travel insurance coverages. 

TIPS:

To make TIPPING a no brainer, please select the ADD-ON "TIPS UP FRONT" to cover the customary 10% tips to Bodhi Tree staff, surf instructors and other vendors we have booked to for you along the way. These tips are NOT for us... they are to show our gratitude for all the other magic-makers during the week. 

Simplify. Let Nicole and Bev have all the fun pulling wet wads of cash out of their bikinis, making change and divvying up your 10% to everyone.

TRAVEL TO NOSARA:

OPTION 1: Fly into Liberia (LIR). Shuttle 2.5 HOURS to Nosara.

OPTION 2: Fly into San Jose (SJO) Shuttle 5.5 HOURS to Nosara.

OPTION 3: Fly into Liberia (LIR), and fly Sansa Air directly into Nosara.

OPTION 4: Fly into San Jose (SJO), and fly Sansa Air directly into Nosara (possibly plan for an overnight).

SHUTTLES can be arranged for all options, and we will take care of that for you! Your transportation costs will be determined by how many of you are sharing any given shuttle. Most people (us included) tend to fly into Liberia. The shuttles are their own little adventure and can be a fun time to get to know each other, cow gaze, practice your Spanish with your driver or nap off your red-eye. Nosara does have an airport, so if you like little planes and pretty views and want to avoid the long bumpy roads, that’s a great option, too. There is currently only one airline flying into Nosara. Sansa Air. (www.flysansa.com).

MAKE SURE your PASSPORT is up to date (best if it's got at least 6 on it beyond our May travel before expiring!). Plant it in a safe place, and don't forget where that special place is. 

A liability WAIVER will be sent closer to your travel date along with a PACKING LIST so you're prepared for all the fun.
