Things to Know

Dates: May 4th - 8th, 2023 - Cinco de Mayo Weekend

Where: Accommodations  will be provided by Hilton Tulum Rivera Maya All Inclusive Resort

Who Can Join? Women & Men are welcome to join!

Arrival/Departure Airport Information:

When looking for flights please use arrival destination as "CUN" which is Cancun's International Airport. DO NOT FLY INTO COZUMEL

Please try and arrive by 3pm

No Visas needed for US Citizens | No COVID testing upon entry or departure

 Deposits

$250 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot

PAYMENT PLANS 

Payment plans available with no interests. Final payment of trip will be due by April 7th, 2023 

( 28 days before departure)

Guests are able to pay in full or make additional payments at anytime along the way. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

- As mentioned, deposits are non refundable. We use initial deposits to start making payments to our vendors towards our trip. 

- You are able to cancel and receive  a full refund of your trip (MINUS DEPOSIT- this is non-refundable) up to 75 days before the trip. (February 18th, 2023)

- Any cancellations made after February 18th, 2023 but before March 18th, 2023 will receive a 50% refund of any payments received (MINUS THE DEPOSIT  - this is non-refundable)

- Any Cancellations made 30 days or less before the trip (April 4th, 2023) is NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.

Single Occupancy: $2,620 - 1 Guest MAX 

This is the price per person in a single room with a king bed. No roommates will be assigned. 

Double Occupancy: $2,180 - 2 Guest MAX

This is the price per person in a double room. You will be assigned 1 roommate of the same sex. If you would like to be paired with a friend or someone in particular, please email us at info@thecrownedexperience.com. Make sure your friends are booking the same room type if you are planning to room together. We are happy to accommodate this!

Quadruple Occupancy - $1,880 - 4 Guest Max

This is the price per person in a double room with 2 beds for 4 guests. You will be assigned 3 roommate of the same sex. - Settle In, Get refreshed and head over to our welcome cocktail hour. This will allow us to mingle and get to know one another! Dinner will also be hosted at this time by one of the restaurants many restaurants

- The T.C.E Team will also inform all of our guests on what to expect over the next few days

Bring your bathing SUITS and lets get wet. This is a completely PRIVATE experience

We will have a live DJ on board spinning all Afro Beats, Hip Hop, Rap & Whatever else you want to hear!

Arrive to Cancun International Airport where private sprinters will be awaiting our arrivals. Refreshments and Liquor on board to get the party started! It is a straight shot from Cancun to Tulum via car, about 1.5 hours. 

Arrive to our home for the next 4 nights. 5 Star All Inclusive Resort awaits you!

Settle In, Get refreshed and head over to our welcome cocktail hour. This will allow us to mingle and get to know one another! Dinner will also be hosted at this time by one of the restaurants many restaurants

The T.C.E Team will also inform all of our guests on what to expect over the next few days

Guests will have time to return to their rooms for before heading to Throw Back Thursday hosted by our partner Black In Tulum.

Location: M Tulum 

This event is from 10pm-2am every Thursday. The hottest afro beats, hip hop and of course our favorite throwbacks will be played!

Roundtrip Shuttle Services will be included + entry + 1 drink ticket

*Guests that would prefer to stay in on the 1st night are more than welcome too*
