Thank you The Crowned Experience for another wonderful trip!! Everything was so well planned out and thoughtful. You have consistently surpassed my expectations. Having VIP to get through customs was the perfect touch to add luxury to our travel experience. I was floored when we were gifted a Crowned Experience beach bag, waffle robes and tumblers. The itinerary was jammed packed with fun and exciting excursions and relaxing down time. I thought I would hate the ATV but ended up having a great time on them & glad I tried it. I’m already looking forward to my next trip with The Crowned Experience.

100000000% would recommend and going on the next trip! Booked the Madness & badness to Jamaica and from pick up at the airport to drop off the level of professionalism and organization was TOP TIER! Kayla picked the prefect excursions for this trip and amount of people. Everyone was such a pleasure to be around and we had so much fun. It was also very reasonable for everything that we did.

I was able to talk with Kayla about all of my concerns and she was able to clear a lot of things up for me. I appreciate her a lot for reaching out to me and sharing that she cares abt the feedback I gave. It put things in a better perspective for me. I would definitely give “The Crowned Experience” another go round. For it to be her first trip, I can now understand my concerns and I know she will continue to grow in the future.

I had a great time on this trip. Everything was organized from the itinerary, transportation, checkin for the hotel, and payment plans,. Each service was immaculate and communication was great. I wish to redo Taboo and the boatride. Overall, I would recommend this concierge for a Tulum group trip.
