      I was able to talk with Kayla about all of my concerns and she was able to clear a lot of things up for me. I appreciate her a lot for reaching out to me and sharing that she cares abt the feedback I gave. It put things in a better perspective for me.       I had a great time on this trip. Everything was organized from the itinerary, transportation, checkin for the hotel, and payment plans,. Each service was immaculate and communication was great. I wish to redo Taboo and the boatride. Overall, I would recommend this concierge for a Tulum group trip.
